My name's Sarah. I first started getting chronic pain symptoms actually over 20 years ago when I was a senior in college and life was just really stressful with college and an internship and a full-time job and just started getting a lot of neck and back pain that nothing would help and that has just gotten worse and worse over the years. And then I started getting headaches about 10 years ago when I was dealing with endometriosis and infertility. And I was finally able to have babies. I had twin babies, thankfully. And a few years after they were born, the headaches just kept getting worse and worse. I went from about 3 headaches a month, 3, 4 headaches a month, to maybe 10 to 14 every single month, and several of them would be pretty intense migraines where I couldn't function. And I was still having the chronic muscle pain, which doctors didn't know why nothing was helping. Thought it was probably fibromyalgia. I was having pretty severe fatigue at that point too, brain fog, anxiety. So I went to a few other doctors and no one could help. And finally I was diagnosed with mold illness and hormone imbalance and chronic fatigue. The symptoms were an everyday stress. It was, why am I feeling like this again today? Why am I tired today? Why Why do I not feel like I can just do anything after taking care of the kids? I mean, that was taking every bit of my energy. So I was really frustrated about not being able to work and just do the fun things that I wanted to do. And just every day kind of living with a worry about like, what is this? Will it ever go away? I tried different diets, so many different diets, and Supplements. I, um, I was taking like hundreds of dollars worth of supplements a month at one point just because I was so desperate. And I was being treated for the mold illness, but nothing that helped other people was helping me. Everything, um, made me feel worse, and I was super sensitive to any kind of binders or treatment that they gave me. That's actually when My mold specialist recommended the Gupta program about two years ago. I was pretty skeptical about the Gupta program at first, and it just felt like how could positive thinking or even doing meditations help me? But pretty soon after starting the Gupta program, I was just noticing. A lot of inner peace and, and just starting to recognize things that I needed to change in my life. And eventually the symptoms started to improve a bit. One of the most life-changing things was the tools in the Gupta program helped me reduce the number of headaches, but also like when I had a really bad migraine, A lot of times it could help me with the severity, and that was a huge, huge life-changing thing that I could still function while having a headache. So it helped the severity, it helped me get some energy back, and just gave me a lot of hope. The network of people that you see on the Facebook group and And the webinar, the forum, that have gone through things that actually understand is so helpful just to know that you're not alone and that it really is possible to heal. I want to do the program for the rest of my life because it's so beneficial and it's really given me a lot of hope that I will live like I was before and my best life.
