Foreign. It's here. Welcome to the 2020 boutique boss planner overview. My name is Shannon and I am the social media manager for the Hub and I am so excited to share this with you guys today. Here I am kind of showing you the outer details. It has a nice laminated front cover and back cover, super durable ringlet spine and a nice and thick body. Yes, it is thick. This is a little bit bigger than our first edition six month planner because this is a full year. But it is definitely not too heavy, it's not too bulky and it will fit in any bag that you guys want to toss it in. And the best part is the COVID and back cover cover the tabs and they are laminated as well. The so they will not bend this time around. But yeah, let's dive in. Okay, so here it is. When you open up the front cover, you'll be able to put your name and email address in case you ever lose this beauty. And then we open up with a Boutique Boss manifesto. You guys, if you're going to read anything, this is what you need to read first because it is so true. And then we're going to flip it over and we're going to talk about how to use the planner. Please read this very important plan. Please read it and go through each of these steps. That way you fully understand what you have at your fingertips. This planner is packed with so much information, so taking the steps to really read through it is super helpful. Now to my favorite part of the planner. Goals and tracking. This is 100% what makes this planner unique to you and your business. We have set all of this up to help guide you for making 2020 your best year yet. So we start off with the self assessment page. Here you'll be able to fill everything out about yourself and your business. And then we have the roadmap where you can write down what you're doing today and then your goals to where you want to be for this time next year. And we've laid out a bunch of simple questions to help you plan that roadmap to success. Then we have the goal setting sheet. This sheet, you'll be able to write down your top goals not only in your business, but in your relationships and spiritual goals as well. Now the good stuff, the yearly comparison sales and inventory sheet. This is what makes this planner amazing. You can keep all of those numbers right in one handy place and we help you figure how to figure those numbers out. Same goes for monthly comparison for your inventory and then also your monthly comparison for sales and Miscellaneous and then your monthly comparison for social and marketing. Then we also have included a handy holiday planning guide so you'll have all those important dates right at your fingertips. Then your annual checklist. This is stuff you need to be doing every year and you can also add your own there at the bottom. And then we have our quarter one checklist. This is everything you need to make sure you're doing in January, February, March, at the beginning of the year and every quarter goes as well. Now to get into what makes this planner a planner. This we're going to kind of walk through January and I'm going to show you what each month look like offhand. So January you will start off with a fun quote there. And then we will have a handout from either the Boutique Hub or one of our sponsors that contains a ton of helpful tips. And then you have your monthly at a glance. This is where you can see the entire month laid out just for you with the special holidays and those gray and black markings are markets which is super helpful when planning. Then you have your beginning of month checklist. This is everything that you should be accomplishing for the month of January. A place to write your monthly goals. A place to write your social media goals and then a place to track your inventory intake. Then we also have at the beginning of each month we have your daily sales. This is where you can write down your daily sales for every day that you are open and selling that inventory girlfriend. Then we hop into the planner of the planner. This is our month day to day where you'll be able to see we always have a first Monday checklist. So first Monday of every month you'll have a little checklist of things that you want to get done for the week and the month ahead. Then you can plan your day to day in these lovely planner spots. We've included some helpful holiday dates there and some quotes to keep you motivated along the way. Then you get to your end of month. This is where you can track all of your monthly tracking all your sales, your inventory, all of that good stuff so you can see whether you were up or down for that month. Then we also have included a place for reflections and did you reach your goals this month? Then we go into the next month and they are all laid out the same. Alright, so after you have gone through your planner and it is December and it is the end of 2020, you will flip all the to the back of your planner you will find our partner sheet. This is everyone who was so great in sponsoring our helping sponsor our planner. This is also where you will locate the retail math basics, which is all of the equations that you will need in order to be successful. And then you will also have your end of year review there. And that's it. That's the planner. You guys, this planner is a game changer. I wish I would have had this when I owned my boutique.
