Hi everyone. I hope your day is going well. I am Sara Beth Jackson, the Director of Buyer Services for Atlanta Apparel and the Buyer Services team is here to help with any of your market needs including registration and frequently asked questions.
Yes. Hi as me My name is Alejandra Trombetta and I'm the Senior Events Manager for Atlanta Apparel and my team leads all events activations and on site experience for you guys. We are excited to be here. Yes. Okay, let's start it. So let's talk about June market. June is going to be jam packed so we just wanted to take five minutes to tell you a little bit about what we have going on for Atlanta Apparel this June. Yes.
So market is going to take place June 3rd through the 6th and if you haven't already made your hotel booking, I recommend doing so as soon as possible cause those hotels are filling up quickly and if you haven't registered yet, I recommend doing so through our Anmar Market app or visiting atlanta-apparel.com Yep.
And honestly the app is such a great tool. You just have it in your palm when you are at Market. So it's just like an easy go to place where you can find everything you need. Now let's talk about what you will see at Market in June. So June market is a fall winter. It's perfect source. Fall winter of course immediate. And let's be real, we're in the south so game day is really big. So it's where you can find all of your game day product for your store.
And if you've never been to market, do not worry. We have a wonderful team to help you navigate our buildings. So each morning I conduct a new buyer orientation from 9:00am to 9:30. And we just provide tips and tricks on how to set you up to have a successful market. And then something fun that we've done this year is a new buyer happy hour on Wednesdays from 3 to 4pm it's just another great touch point for you to connect with other new buyers and new stores that are in your same position. And you'll also be able to meet more of the Atlanta Apparel team. We love to give more tips and tricks. We can take a deeper dive. We we have a new buyer toolkit that we'll have printed for you. We love giving suggestions on where to like recommend starting your shopping experience, things of that nature. And then of course we always have delight bites and complimentary drinks.
You know it's like a good mid market touch base for you guys to get to meet our team. We Get a little cocktail, we get a drink, we chat. You can ask questions, you can sit down for a second. So it's always like a great, a great happy hour and a great meeting point. And honestly, I've seen you run that new buyer orientation in the morning. Service is a pro. Any questions about the building? She's so good. So make sure you attend. But let's go on to events because of course we know that you are here to do business and we want you to have the most successful market. But let's not forget to have fun and network and meet other buyers and just take advantage of the onset experience that we will have during June market. So first things first, we are kicking off on Tuesday with our themed kickoff party and the theme for June market. I am so excited. It will be the Atlanta Apparel Denim party. So I want to see everybody with their best denim outfits, blue jeans, Canadian tuxedos, and of course we will have live music, we will have complimentary cocktails, complimentary, complimentary food, desserts, and a lot of giveaways. So some of our partners include Judy blue jeans, Matisse footwear, just black denim. So we have just like a ton and many more. So we have like a ton of amazing giveaways for you guys. Of course, our activations program is continuing to be really, really good and successful. So we will have activations throughout the entire market. And as for partnerships with the city of Atlanta, Atlanta is getting better and better. I love Atlanta.
There's so many good restaurants to explore. Atlanta is kind of known as like a little food city too. So if you haven't ever taken advantage, you need to.
I know there's so many new restaurants and that's where I was going. So we are partnering with west side Provisions. So we are all taking a shuttle together on Wednesday at 6pm on 401. This is the complimentary shuttle that will take us to Westside Traditions, which is like a 10 minute drive. And then all of the restaurants and retail shops there will have discounts and offers for our buyers and exhibitors.
And last time we did this, it was so much fun. I was able to meet so many buyers. And one of my favorite restaurants is participating. It's Little Sparrow. It's French food from the drinks, the steak frites, the French onion soup, the cheesecake, it's all delicious. So you definitely have to take advantage of it. And we'll have a flyer on the shuttle that's going to break down all the different partners that are participating. And it's going to range from complimentary cocktails, appetizers and things of that nature.
Yes, I love that. And you're right. Those steak and frites from Little Sparrow are so good. So good. But we are excited to welcome you. Of course our team will be there. So let's catch that shuttle together and let's make our way to west side provisions. It's an amazing destination in the city of Atlanta.
