Most mornings, I wake up and I start the day with my family. I get them ready for their day and I'm focused on what's to come that day.
Some days it is totally exciting. New arrivals, maybe a photo shoot, a fashion show, or even a trip to la.
And then on others, I find myself struggling with the anxiety of the day ahead. Who will come in today? How many online orders will ring through? How close are we to making payroll for the month? Regardless of where we're at, I'm here because I know this is what I was made to do. I love serving others, helping women. When I came to the Hub, I know that I found my safe space where we can inspire others with words of kindness and a great pair of shoes every day.
No matter what, I know there's an answer for me here. A link, a video, a guide, a new brand, a new team partner, and hundreds of new friends who will not judge me, but really get it.
So who are we? We believe that community is more important than competition. And together, we win. We know that what we offer is unique and no one can replicate. We're real women, and men, too, working hard to show others their worth and that you can do all things that you put your mind to. We laugh together. We cry together. We pick each other up when we need it most. We're a community, and we are the future of retail shopping. Small isn't a tagline. It's a way of life. I believe in the mission, and I have earned the name. I am a boutique boss. I am a boutique boss, and I'm the future of retail.
