Volatile Shoes | The shoe company EVERY boutique should know | The Boutique Hub

Ashley Alderson talks with Volatile Shoes about why independent boutiques matter to their business. The company prioritizes relationships with small retailers and sees them as essential partners, not just sales channels.
Hey guys, it's Ashley with the boutique Hub here and I am with volatile and very volatile shoes. What does it mean to you guys to do business with independent retailers and boutiques?
I can tell you that the independents are the foundation of the business. Without the independence, there is no business. So we really rely on the boutiques, especially the members of the Hub. You guys are the foundation of our business and you're very important to us.
The independent base really puts you on the map. And also they've got the best eye for fashion. They've got the newest stuff. So that's the kind of distribution, I think that people see us in another competitor or another boutique or independent. And that's where a lot of our business has been built.
How we're a family business, serves a lot of our customers and you have to get the right product. And the idea is once you start strong, you can build a great long term relationship, which we have, but that's really working alongside the sales team and helping answer questions and just being hands on.
Absolutely.
A lot of people, you know, we've had pictures of people at Disney, they wear our sandals all day. The pictures of people at the Great Wall of China wearing our shoes and just saying your shoes are so comfortable that we have to wear them all the time. So we really want to give fashion comfort and some neat styling that could really sell well in the boutiques like those in the Hub.
Well, you guys have done an excellent job building a brand that not only delivers great products, but really you serve the community so well and have built wonderful relationships. Thank you guys for your partnership with what we do at the Hub. And we can't wait to do this again.
Thank you. Thank you very.
