Hi Erica. Welcome to the Advisor Summit. We're so excited for today. I am truly excited about this one, especially because I think it really gives people a deep dive into Traffic Advisor and kind of everything that we do. Because I feel like there's a lot of misconception that we just do Google sheets and that is not the case anymore. I would say potentially in the past maybe that was the case, but it's certainly not the case anymore. So kind of let's dive in and talk about everything we have for every single advisor on this planet. It's not just a one stop shop anymore. You ready?
Yeah. I know things are changing. Yes, I'm ready.
It is changing for the best though. I am one that like embraces change. I was just listening to this podcast the other day and it was like as, you know, an entrepreneurial mind and kind of a founder mind for you as well. It's like changes and excitement versus, you know, a structured curiosity. I find it's very exciting to kind of figure out this change in what we're doing and why we're doing it. So let's kind of start there of the why? Why are we kind of bringing in these new products and diving into how we're able to help, you know, all advisors.
Yeah, yeah. Like you said, we forever people were like, what other stuff do you have? What other things do you offer? And we're always like, honestly, we just have trackers for people and we have coaching. We have seven core values. Obviously, you know this for our audience. Two of them are to teach and to be a resource. And we've always done a very, very good job at that for our clients. And to your point, we kind of went back to the drawing board and said, how can we teach and be a resource to the rest of the nation for the people who buy their built out their own salesforce or they have great reporting and they don't need trackers necessarily. Even though our stuff is awesome, there are some people that don't need that. So this is where a lot of these came from. With us sitting down at our leadership Meetings and okay, what else can we offer to the financial advisory world? No matter who you are, no matter who you work with, no matter what you're doing. So we're gonna go through all the new stuff we're rolling out. We've all worked extremely hard the last five months, even more so on just getting all these things ready. And now they're all kind of, kind of launching. So I'm excited to talk through them. So the first one is the Resource Center. This just got rolled out to our clients this week and is going to be rolled out to the rest of the nation starting in July of this year. And basically the Resource center is going through our new website. We're going to have a portal which we used to not have. People can log in and it's going to consist of all of these white papers and research that I've been doing. And for the last few years that's been my passion. I just didn't have the capacity to do it. We have so much data, we have so much information. Our aggregate study last year consisted of like 100 offices and I just, my aggregates usually are just kind of a thousand foot view almost of everything. But within that there's so many other things that I can touch on. We have the history of tv, we have different marketing funnels on how they work, we have how average case size plays in. So one of our goals this year was to put inside the resource center and create space and time for me to write tons of research papers. So, so we have a docket of articles that I'm writing and doing research on every single month. And in the Resource center we're going to be putting a new article in each month. So it's all brand new information and new stuff that people can read. So our clients who are on the platform get it for free for now, which is so fun for them. It's an added bonus. And then the people who are not on our platform there is a charge for it, it's an annual fee and they just pay a one time deal and they're on and they can get in to see all the resources. So we're very excited about the Resource center.
I would say too for people to know like once you have that subscription into the resource center, those studies and everything are proprietary. So it's not like we're giving these out for free to anybody else. You have to have a subscription in order to see these massive studies and, and they're awesome. I think it's a really cool place especially for advisors that are in marketing and are doing any type of marketing outside of even suggested our seminars. There's so much out there that can help prompt them to launch into the next space and really give freedom and the numbers and the. Not just anecdotal data, but the actual data to say, hey, TV does work, radio does work. It gives them that kind of freedom to launch and into that. So, yeah, the resources that are so cool, I'm so excited about it. I think it's just going to be a really cool thing for any advisor who's interested in data, whether you're big, small, anybody on that front. So I would also say, if you want to talk about Ask ep, which is a little bit of your baby, I would say, but also probably the coolest thing, maybe it's just because I think tech is awesome, because I don't quite understand tech super well, to be transparent. But I love it and I think it's such a tool. And I'm so excited about askepi. So let's dive into that.
Yes, it is. It's been my baby. The whole team has been like, erica, come on. But another thing, when we went through this in our leadership meeting, I think that was one amazing point. First of all, I'd recommend that anyone who has a leadership team do quarterly leadership meetings. You and Colton really helped create space for me to very much go more into the research side and product development. That's my passion and that is my goal. And you guys were able to take on things so that I could create space to do that, which. So thank you for that. So that is how Ask AP was born.
Nonsense.
It's true. It's true. But that has been the coolest part about it, is I just was able to have space and time. So I found, upon a recommendation of a friend, when I was kind of just looking through lots of different technology, I knew there had to be a place where I could put all of my research and all of my findings in one spot. Basically, my brain into something that was AI related, to be a resource to people. And so we found it, we purchased the platform, and for the last several months, I've been training it on every paper, every research, every study I've done, every podcast I've been on. And so it's called Ask ep and it's me and it's my brain, and I tell people all the time. I get. I get emails every week of, you know, what was, what's the average close rate? Or are you seeing stick rates decline? Or is radio a Good source. I get these questions all the time. And even I, when people ask them, I have to go back into my research. Like, I don't remember stuff off the top of my head.
And.
And so the coolest part about this is it's like, I mean, 30 seconds, you can ask it anything that I've written on, anything that I've talked about, anything I've been interviewed on, and it gives you the answer. So all of the studies are in there. You can talk to it. It sounds like me.
It does.
That part's weird to me.
Semi creepy, but also like, very cool. Calling you is very natural. Then I call this. And I'm like, it does feel like her images kind of crazy, even just the nuances and the little words you say and just the different things. And we're like, that's so Erica. It is awesome. I think too, for anyone that's curious about data, to be able to log into a place and say, hey, like, what's the average, you know, case size from 2024 versus 2023? And then compare it to their own data is going to be really exceptional and really profound in a sense that they're going to be able to have the numbers at their fingertips without having to email you or. Or guess. Takes the guesswork out of it, which I think is huge. And I think to like, industry standards, there's such a space for this in this industry. Nobody's out there saying, hey, like, this is what your stick rate should be. Or we're all talking at a conference and, you know, one advisor says they have a 90% stick rate, and one advisor is like, I have a 50% stick rate. And it's like, well, it's actually in between those two what the industry benchmark is. So I think it's gonna be really cool for people to be able to have a place. And I see it more as like a library. Like, hey, like, let's go figure out and do the research. And now it's done for you. So. So a cheat sheet for spay. So it is.
And I, I feel like too, from a trends standpoint, like, we'll get people who are like, hey, there's this new marketing funnel. Is it working all the time? You know, I've heard of this. We're thinking about doing this. Do you think we should add this? That's what's so fun, is I'm. I can pull together very quickly now and during that month, that'll be the paper I raise. Like, hey, these are the two or three new Marketing funnels. How are they working for all of our clients? What is the ROI or the leads converting? And so again, it's just. It's a statistical. I don't know. That's right. A real word resource center. So it's not just what so and so said over in Michigan or in Colorado. That's my favorite part about it.
So I feel like it's the shiny object syndrome a little bit. Like it's not just chasing, you know, the shiny thing, it's the actual data behind it. Does this shiny object work?
It's.
Some do, and they're awesome and they're diamonds in the rock, and that's exciting. But some are not for everybody or to try. So that, again, I think there's freedom in knowing and understanding data. So, yeah. Yeah.
One of the new papers I'm writing is on that. It's going to be like all the shiny objects I'm watching people do and just, you know, how they work. And I will. And I will say, too, this is my disclaimer. Just because it works for so and so, it doesn't mean it's going to work for you. And I'm very clear on that. Especially in Ask ep, we've trained it to not be super prescriptive. It is prescriptive. It's actually the only AI tool that I've heard of that is prescriptive.
Yeah.
In the sense that it says, hey, if your stick rate's low, here are three or four ideas. So that's very cool. But it's not going to say, go do YouTube. Go do this sort of digital.
Yeah.
Because it doesn't know your goals. And it's. It's a robot. So that's my little disclaimer on there. But it does. It does poke and it does prod and it does ask questions and give you suggestions, which is.
Well, I feel like even when we interviewed Lauren Hong from the. From marketing and out and about, she was very transparent that not everything works for everybody. And I think there's. I mean, it's like anything, right? It's anything in the world. Just because one person's on this diet doesn't mean it's going to help you, because your body's different, your goals are different. Maybe you want to be super strong and lift heavy. You know, there's just different things for different people. So I always preach that to everybody. I think it's so important to know. Do you like. I think it's the most basic thing, but it's like, do you do what Works for you and what you want and you don't have to follow everybody else. And it's okay not to be the cool kid. So maybe I'm just like internally having these like flashbacks to not being the cool kid. So maybe I'm just like allowing.
You were always the cool kid.
I know you are. Moving on the reverse engineer tool. I think that this is so cool. And this is now going to be a free offering on our website come July, which is probably when we're going to release this anyway. So it is so cool. And I think again it gives the structure and the backbone and the answers to the end goal. So kind of walk through that and what it is and how you've developed it. And it's helped so many advisors already. And I think this is again something people don't know we offer.
So yes, that we've had that for years and typically what we've done again for just our clients, we will kind of pre fill it out for them. And what it. I wish we had a cooler name for it, but there just isn't. So it's called the reverse engineer marketing tool.
I know it's a mouthful.
What it does is you start with your goal for the year. So what do we want our goal to be for 2025, 2026? A new business. And it's going to ask you a couple different prompts. Again, we fill this out for our clients in the past, but now it's available to anyone and it's hey, what is your allocation splits? What was the percentage of business that came from that marketing funnel? And you can also do this by advisor too, if you're multiple advisor office. And then it's going to spit out how much business you need to write from each of those if we were to keep those things the same. What's fun about it too is you can keep, you can change the percentages. Let's say 50% of your business last year was from dinner seminars, but you're anticipating 40% of it being from this year. So you can adjust that and say, well, we're doing this other new marketing funnel that's going to replace that 10% or whatever it is. So you throw those in there and it will get you to the total production that you want to have. And then it's going to tell you how many set first meetings you need to have, how many new clients you need to have. Another thing that we ask in there is your average case size that is very, very dependent on, on what business you're going to do and how many clients you need. If you're somebody who's closing an average of $250,000 versus a million dollars, it's a lot less leads and not less clients. So that's a super fun one. Again, we've had this tool forever. It's just we've filled it out for people and sent it to them, and now this is for the masses. And that's just a very quick and easy tool. That'll be a tool that'll be on our website and that's launching July of this year as well. So.
So I feel like it's a very EOS structured tool. Like, it's like, hey, if this is your goal, like, figure it out by quarter, by rocks by week. You know what I mean? So you can kind of start to gauge. And if you're not gauging or tracking those numbers, obviously track an advisor can help. But we also are here to help. So it's like if you, you know, want some type of knowledge around that, the resource center is a great place to start on how to track and top five things to track. If you just need additional help. Of course we're here to help help as well. So kind of diving into that. So once they have the numbers, they know what they want. Let's talk about the tracking that we do, because I think that this has been such a core of our business for a long time. Let's actually start with track that seminar. Because I think that's also something that people don't typically know about. You're just saying track that advisor. I'm not doing, you know, two to three to five marketing funnels. There's nothing really there for me. And that's so not the case. So let's dive into track that seminar.
Yes, Track that seminar. You're right. People don't know of it, which is funny because they're sister companies. But track that seminar is ideal for, like, the single solo producer who's just starting to get into something. So, like dinner seminars you're doing Track that seminar is obviously the name of it. So that's. That's the biggest part that we're looking at. If you're really just doing seminars, this is for you, and it's tracking what the seminars are doing. So for the most part, advisors who are have always been referral or existing, existing clients. You can kind of keep that on a napkin, sort of a deal, or a very simple Excel spreadsheet.
But as soon as you start spending.
Money and doing dinner seminars, which that's a big step for a lot of advisors. They're expensive and it's very scary for them to launch into this. And that's where we say the second you start doing that, you need to start tracking 100. No, you don't need all of Track. That advisor is like very robust system. But you do need something that is track that seminar. It's less than half the cost. Attract that advisor. It's such an awesome investment and such a great tool and so I pitch it to everybody. But it's tracking your seminars. So it's going to give you everything.
It'll.
It'll break it out by mailhouse, it'll break it out by zip code, it will break it out by presenter. It has all these very cool dashboards that go along with it. So that is track that seminar for the single, single solo advisor practices or even if you have a couple, but you're really just doing seminars. That is the solution for you.
Yeah. And I was talking to someone just this week and they were like, that's it. That's all you charge for that? And I'm like, yes, because we want it to be a product where people know what they are doing and we want to give knowledge and that is such a key resource to our thing. So those that are slow, I know spending any money is kind of scary, especially when you dive into seminars because they are pricey. But you can save yourself so much in the long run by knowing what location is working, knowing what topic is working, knowing what presenter is killing it. Like just this very, very small amount of money can save you so much in the long run. So I really love tts. I've seen people thrive on it and it's been really cool.
It also gets people in the zone of tracking. Like it's a very kind and small introduction into tracking and so it's not overwhelming. It's just very simple and it gets your team in the habit of doing that so that when you do grow and you're ready for a robust system, it's a very easy transition.
Yeah, I feel like that's one of my. One of my favorite things honestly is seeing people grow from the track that seminar platform and watching them like ADD advisors and ad marketing and just seeing them succeed in their business. I think maybe it's just because we're such like by nature encouragers that when we see them ready for attracted advisor, it's like, oh my gosh, we've watched you for so long now and like we've got to kind of be a part of that story in this small, tiny way. And it's been really cool. So you can always upgrade. I think that's really cool. And we've also kind of played with the idea that there's enough interest for certain. I think that this is something that we'll dive into is potentially adding referrals and existing clients to the track. That seminar platform as like a middle ground as well. So you'll have tts, you'll kind of have this middle ground product and then tta. So if that gets enough traction. I know it's kind of been asked in the past, but a couple of firms have come to me. We can certainly add that in there as kind of the middle ground product as well. So it is a little bit more robust, but still not the full, I always say, like calculus version. It's a little bit more algebraic, if that's word versus the calculus version of it.
So yeah, yeah, I think that's a good, good definition of it.
Yeah.
The next thing I'm actually like, you take the floor on because it has been your baby for a long time.
It was kind of just like, hey, someone needs to do it. And I'm like, yeah, sure, sounds good. And I have thankfully purchased, passed it off to the corrupt person who is thriving in that role. So shout out to Stevie because his brain works well in this arena and it always felt foreign to me, but we got it done. So it was there and it's good and it's awesome. So integrations. Yes, it is. This is more on the Chocolate Advisor platform and integrations are so cool because this is the nature of the way the world is going. So for a long time now we've been manual. People are entering their, you know, data into their sheets and into their trackers. And I will say there is still a place for that. I have pitched this idea to a lot of our advisors and so many are of them are like, you know what, honestly, I love the trackers and I don't want to move from this. And these are not small advisors, these are our advisors bringing in 150 million-plus per year of assets. And they're like, I only want your trackers, my team gets it. It's so simplistic. It takes my team 30 minutes a day maybe and it's just very simple and I love that aspect of it. They also find that, that the trackers are sometimes a checks and balances for their CRM. So they'll have red tail and they're like, gosh, we're Just not utilizing this properly. So this is a way more simplistic way to get accurate and integral information. And we love that the truck that Advisor team is checking in with our team every month to make sure that it's integral. So I will say these integrations kind of come with a, of an asterisk. If your CRM is not clean and does not have the correct mapping, the API plugin cannot take things that are one, not there, but two, are not labeled properly, are not accurate. And this is only because I've been through some stuff and stories now where I've learned that this just has your. It has to be set up properly. So that's a big thing I want to say before we even dive in, is your CRM has to be accurate. You have to set it up properly and you have to set it up with the correct information in the correct way. So with that said, the first integration that we are ready to roll out, and this is awesome. And for kind of newer clients, a lot of our current clients on TTA have a lot of different types of things built into their trackers. That is also the beauty of trackers is we can get so customized, so personable, so just very unique, uniquely driven. Whereas the Redtail platform is incredibly templated, it will absolutely give you incredible information that 90% of clients are like, this is great, I want nothing more. But if you are a personalized type and style of office, your trackers are going to be the best fit, hands down. So Red Tail is ready to go. It is launched. It is. We're ready to bring on new people. Again, very templated. And your Red Tail has to be in order and in line with the mapping.
So now question for those of us who haven't been on the integration side, do how? What if it's not? So let's pretend someone wants to come on the Red Tail integration and they're like, hey, it is kind of a mess. Ultimately, we do want that and we do want simplified reports.
What?
How do you lead them down?
Great question. You are not able and buy. No, I'm kidding. So we absolutely have a solution for that. 100% have a solution. So we work with Stephanie Donovan of Donovan Consulting and she is amazing. So one thing that she's actually rolling out is kind of. And it's incredible, honestly, for anyone, I highly recommend it. It is a tool that will teach you how to set up your Red Tail properly. So it goes in there and teaches you your workflows, how to set everything up in a streamlined way. It's not expensive. It's going to save you a ton of money down the line. So highly recommend that I'll even put her website and contact info in the show notes because I think that this is a product for every single person. She does it for Wealthbox as well as Red Tail, so that's great too. So I would, I highly recommend going to her first getting should they tell.
Her that they're trying to connect with check that advisor. Would that be helpful information because she's obviously partnered with you.
Yeah, absolutely. I think it's helpful just in the sense of then she knows you know one where you came from, but also to like the intent behind this kind of structure is to get good jobs. So. And she's very aligned with our mission and goals. We work well together, which is great because she almost does all the front end work which we don't excel at and then we do the back end work which she does not want to do. So yeah, definitely recommend going to her again, we'll link it in the show notes, but I think that that's kind of the first and foremost way and there's different levels of her packaging as well. So it's like, hey, I'm kind of halfway there. I just need some help or I am a bit brand new starting advisor for Redtail CRM. Please help me from the get go. There's a ton of different workflows in there for her to help you out. So that's kind of my recommendation. I do think like sometimes, sometimes if you have 90% of the way, we're happy to jump in with you and say, okay, you just need to add XYZ for the mapping. Which is a lot of teams are like, okay, cool, yep, I can do that. But it also is very much a team buy in. I would always say that first and foremost your, your entirety of your CRM, not just like the tracking part and the, you know, TTA side. It's your entire CRM as a team effort and you need to get everybody on board to do their part. So. Yeah.
So.
And sometimes again, sometimes it can be like, hey, we need to add a first appointment date in there. So you need to link that under your activities. No problem. Like, we can certainly help with that.
We do.
Before you come on as an integration client, we do a deep dive, kind of an initial meet and greet with Erica to kind of tell you about what we do. And then you do a secondary meet and greet with Stevie, our integration specialist, so that he can go in there and say, hey, you're missing XYZ either a go to Stephanie because it's beyond like what just you know, the minor fixes that we're able to do or be. Hey, I will teach you how to enter this and put this info in there. So kind of two different routes. Great question, long winded answer. My bad. But that's kind of the way that we can work around. So yes. Red tails ready. That's good to go. If you are curious about that, it is an API plugin so we'll work directly with your team. Email hello attracted advisor.com so hello@truckthat advisor.com and we can kind of get set up with those initial kind of deep dives to ensure that you are, you know, a good candidate for this because the biggest thing we don't want to do is give you bad data. That's not entire on our part. We're big believers in data. I think like even from a revenue perspective I will never say yes to a client if we really truly can't help you. That this doesn't sit right with me and I already don't sleep well at night so I don't really need anything else on my conscience but I want to just help people.
Well and we, and we've tried it before like we've tried to get reports to people with bad data and everyone's frustrated. I'm frustrated, they're frustrated. It's a waste of money. It's a waste of time. So you have tonic you on that.
There's not much time in this world so there's. It's a waste. Next is G Reminders. This is a really cool feature that we're working on right now and should be launched actually end of July, beginning of August. This is a platform that links directly. If you are using G Reminders as a calendar type styling it is Dreamwriters is awesome because it's specifically for, for financial advisors. So it is really cool where you can add in the source of, you know, where this person came from, the seminar date that they came from, if they came from a seminar, all of their appointment dates, which advisor. So it fills in about 90% of the traffic Advisor tracker. The only caveat to that is you do have to add in your production amounts if they do write money. But I would say that's a very small part of it and it should be five minutes a day if you're running a ton of money because all of your initial information is in there. So that's reminders. Super cool. It links, it's like this awesome kind of like I don't even know the name of it but it like adds to your Pl. To your platform and then it links as you update it. It links directly to the tracker and will spit out the dashboard instantaneously. So super cool. It's w. Okay, I didn't even know that. Yeah, it's cool. You just have this little link and it's like boom, boom, boom. Add it in there and you're good to go. So again, we will also do a ton of trainings on this. I think our big focus also is training people. Like Erica mentioned in the beginning is one of our core values is training and teaching and being a resource. And so it's not like, hey, here's this integration by. We'll do monthly if not weekly, especially in the beginning as people start to come to these platforms and we're building out kind of the nuances and. And styles, you know, different types of style type trackers. We'll do trainings for you. We can also do one on ones as well. So that's a big thing there. Last one I want to talk about which is so exciting because I know so many people are on this platform and this is where my heart is is well Fox. And I don't know why. I think it's just the people there are awesome. And you know me, I'm such a people person. I'm like I want to do this. And it's also a ton of our advisors around.
Well Fox.
So it's a really cool.
Which that's new. Like I mean the idea that so many people have moved over to is a new thing. I mean this even started happening last year and I'm like, wow, I have never heard. I mean I'd heard of. But yeah, all of a sudden it was like all y' all shifted over there.
So yeah, so I don't know who their marketing person is or what happened because they got financial advisors to listen so I might have to tap them in and hit them up. But I think Lovebox also, just from what I've heard is one. It's so advisor friendly and user friendly and it's, it's. And even just with working with them. Retail has been this incredible system for so long. But it does definitely have some more jumping and there loopholes to get through versus one. Fox is a little bit more user friendly in my opinion. But also again, do you. What works for you is not necessarily what works for everybody else. So whatever's working for you. If you're like no, I'm a die hard Red Tail fan. Awesome. Like super cool. Love it.
We got an integration.
Yes.
Regardless. So yeah, whatbox really cool. This is launching later in Q3. We're in kind of just the kind of stages of the build out and making sure we do it properly and then we'll have a full month of testing seen for certain with you know, some ideal clients and then we'll be launching. So if you're on, if you want to get on a list for TTA announcements, email hello@track that advisor.com that is going to be really crucial. You we do not spam you. We don't have the time to spam you with a million different announcements. It's more just like hey, the Wellfox integration is almost done. Like if you want to be, you know, either a baby tester or if you only want to come on when it's launched if ready to go. And that would be the case there.
So and say that too like in the email, say hey, I'm interested in the Red Tail or the wealth box or whatever it is and we'll tag you in our system just so you're not getting pinged on other stuff.
You're not interested. Totally. Yeah.
Yep.
And we want to make sure that you get the right announcements when it's time. So that is kind of the three integrations. We do have another integration for Salesforce which I'll kind of pass this back to you because I think this is more in your arena called the Advisor for Footprint. It is a bit of a. It is a different company but it's all of TTA built within it and it's a Salesforce platform and it's incredible. So go ahead.
It is. This has been a long time project but a great partnership. It's a strategic partnership that we started many, many years ago and the whole premise was we knew that people would outgrow at some point. When you get very large and you have so many moving parts and so many advisors that you're to going, going to want to have your own system with workflows, with everything automated and that is the Advisor footprint. So it's track that Advisor reporting, it's track that Advisor style processes in place. If you're a client, you know what the dashboard is in the bpp but those are two of the main hubs that we have. All of those are already pre built into the Advisor footprint. But the cool part about the Advisor Footprint one is it takes less time, you're not building it from scratch. 2 It's less expensive because you're not building it from scratch. 3 It's also built.
Yes.
Yeah, say it louder. 3 It is built. Right. So a lot of people go try to build their own Salesforce and they don't know what it does. They're frustrated. The people in Salesforce don't actually understand or interpret what they need. And so the reports like kind of get them what they need, but they're not exactly telling them what they asked for. So this already has that in there. The coolest component on top of that though is, yes, it's an additional fee, but you can build out any other customizations on top of that. So yes, you can build customizations, yes, you can change your workflows, yes, you can do all this stuff. It's just, hey, okay, the base is built and let's get all in here and all good. And now we can build out any other stuff that we want. So that's exciting for the firms that say, you know, we are ready to build our own, but we don't want to build our own. Right. I mean, I personally worked with firms and know none. We've spent six figures on something that doesn't work and that stinks. So this is one of our core values is to help first. So this is a way that we are helping people who may or may not be a good fit for track that advisor. Who or who have outgrown track that advisor. So the advisor footprint, I will say we are onboarding in pods over there and so definitely come to us. You can just email hello trackpad Advisor and say, hey, I'm interested in the advisor footprint. We'll talk you through that and we'll do an introduction to you over there. It is a slow role because it is just getting launched and so we can get you more information on that. But we onboard in pods basically of groups of three advisors making sure that we don't over commit over there and all of that. So that's kind of the process of how it's working over there for now.
Love it. I'm excited for that. I've already seen such good things and heard such great things. And I think that's also the core and the heart of Traffic Advisor. Like it is an avatar client and there is kind of a niche sweet spot. Whether you're, you know, just starting seminars, attract that seminar, whether you are, you know, 10 million in assets to about 275 million in assets. And then if you're post that, we have a solution for you. So it's a really unique way to kind of help everybody. So last thing also that will help everybody, regardless if you're on the Tracking Advisor platform or if you're already doing your own tracking, is the data storytelling course. So let's dive into that because I think with the resource center this has the ability to help anybody and everybody interested in data. So yeah, yeah, agree.
This was my other pet project that has been in the works for almost a year now and it is ultimately going to be an online course we have taken. We're just wrapping up our second round of beta testers. We've taken eight different clients through the course and it's had raving reviews who this is for. It can be for the advisor. So we've had an advisor go through it as well. But it is more for the C suite or leadership role, person in the office that the advisor trusts. That's like the first thing. You got to trust them with all of the data because they need to be able to see everything but for someone who needs to be in there and understand it. So the biggest problem in our entire industry right now is people have data coming out their ears, they have reports coming out their ears, they have dashboards coming out their ears. But no one knows what it means, no one knows how to link it together. That's where Tractor Advisor has, has been a shining star in this space. But we're only one company and so I'm a big believer in teaching a man to fish. So this is what it's doing. It is teaching offices where to find things. What do these things mean? Just because it's a lower I, does that mean it's a bad thing or is something else speaking into that or is that speaking into other things having a higher roi? It's very much learning the ecosystem of tracking and data and what things mean. Knowing your benchmarks, knowing if, if you're outside a benchmark, why and if that's okay. So it's a 12 week course. It's, it's a long course in it though. It includes group calls. So you're meeting with peers who are going alongside it as well. You also have two actual one on one calls with me that are. Those typically would cost about a thousand dollars. So you get two of those and then there's a final project and the final project just depends on when you're in the year. But it'd be like an annual review that you build for your team or mid year review, quarterly review, wherever it lands. Which is so fun because I mean those are things we're charging $1,500 for. And we're teaching people to learn how to do it for their own office and feel like they are the data storyteller for their company. And that's really exciting. It's so fun to watch them come to life and be like, I did not realize that, or I didn't know that we weren't utilizing our data as much as we could be, or I didn't realize this process was off. So all these light bulbs are going on. So that's my favorite part about it. We do have early bird pricing right now, so I will, I will say that again. We're rolling it out early fall, but it's about $6,000 per course per attendee. So. But it does include again two live calls with me. It includes a group call and it includes basically a final project that I, that you will build and then I go through it with you. So I'm talking through my notes, my analysis. I mean that right there, just what TTA would typically charge you is 3500 bucks. So it's pretty cool. It's an awesome course. We're very excited for it and we'll again have some campaigns on it. But email. Hello, attract that advisor if you'd like to get on the wait list. I do believe that the one that we're rolling out in August is already full, but we're opening it up to five people max. And I think, I think we have probably four people on the list. So email us if you're interested in coming on. But that starts in August of 2025.
Yeah, I think the investment now too, if you just do it one time and then your life or your career life of that practice is so benefited. So for any advisors listening, it's like pay now to again enjoy the investment for the rest of your firm and, and the savings on the other side by finding one or two things in your data that you can, can switch and make a move on and be an actionable item on is probably going to save you more than that in the long run.
So is, and I hear people like, we're going to hire somebody who's an analyst, okay, for six grand. Just train someone who's in your teammate you already trust.
But that's my opinion. So like more people, the merrier. But in the office sometimes it's like if someone can do this with a quick course or something, it's just not efficient or, or viable to add somebody to, to the team. It's just not worth it. So I love it. I'm excited about it. So that's kind of. Yeah, the breakdown of what trackit Advisor has going on and everything from the Resource center, from Track that seminar to the integrations as well as the data storytelling course. So again, if you're interested in learning more about any of this, email hellocracketadvisor.com if you're wanting to sign up today again, email them and we'll get you on and get going. And let's get your numbers. So thanks Erica, for a good, fun year. It's a fun year, I know, for all of us, for our clients especially, but also for us personally, just to see like so many new things come into play and so many new projects that we've been working on quietly for the post for the past probably two or three years come into fruition. So I'm really excited about it. It'll be good. So it's all worth it. Yep. Well, awesome, Erica, thanks so much for jumping on and giving us a breakdown. We'll chat soon.
Thanks for having me.
