Schedule meetings with time for commuting, prep, and notes after. Account for the full activity, not just the meeting itself. This keeps your day from falling apart and protects time for family, self-care, and the gym.

Be realistic. So now that we're back, you know, going to live events, are you scheduling the time for the meeting, or are you including the commuting time? Or if you have meetings and you need to prep before, to remember like, what was the conversation we had before? And if I need to make notes after, schedule that time in the block of time for the meeting. Because a lot of people don't, and then their day slips and slides, and at the end of the day they've been running behind, they're stressed, family time gets cut, your self-care, maybe it's your gym time, you know, and schedule time like realistically to get everything done. If you're going to shower after the gym, which I recommend, schedule the time to include that, not just an hour at the gym. Like, be realistic with your timing.
