You tell it your business type and goals, and it generates concrete ideas: automating your own workflows, improving client communication, and packaging AI tools as sellable services. This is a custom GPT that I call my AI Solopreneur Council. An AI council is something that larger brands or businesses have or can have, and they're basically different managers, the owner, different people in maybe the tech part of their company, just different people throughout the company come together and they talk and learn about AI and how it will enhance that specific business's practices. Well, as a solopreneur, we don't have that. So this is my stab at trying to create an council, an AI council for solopreneurs. I will be changing this over time. This is like my first stab at it. So it will improve. But essentially what you want to do is type in what your business type is and the goal for what you're trying to do. So I'm just going to take a stab at this and we'll see what happens. So I put in here that my business type is service. I create websites. I want to add a suite of services that are AI related that can, I can use to improve the efficiencies in my own business. And potentially sell that same workflow automation to other service-based businesses. What are your thoughts? And let's just see what it comes up with. I have no idea what it's going to come up with. This is a great idea. Step 1, we're going to optimize your own business with AI. So it's going to give me some ideas for this. AI-powered website development enhances Not doing that. That technology is just not quite there yet. AI for business and client communication. This sounds like potential. Automating your operations. Definitely am. Definitely doing that this year. Package and sell to other businesses. So once I've got this refined for myself, now here's things that we can do. Monetization strategies. Next steps. And says, would you like me to help you structure an AI service package with pricing and deliverables? Sure, why not? Let's see what it does. And these are meant to be just like a back and forth conversation. You can actually use this on your phone and use the voice and talk to it. It's meant for just getting ideas, bouncing ideas off of something, someone, and just see what it comes up with. I've done this a few times. I've tested it out and it's come up with some interesting concepts and ideas that I have yet to implement, but I am doing some further exploration into them. So really, this, use this as a vetting your ideas, getting some feedback on them, even though it's AI-based, you might be surprised. At what it comes up with. But anyway, this is just for fun.
