Hello everybody! Hello, my fellow solopreneurs. I have learned something fairly recently about Google that I just wanted to share with everybody, uh, and it has to do with Google Business Profiles. Hello, my fellow solopreneurs. I have learned something As a solopreneur, a lot of us feel, oh, maybe we don't even need a business Google profile, formerly known as Google My Business, if that's how you know it. Or, you know, it's just, you know, one of those things that I'll set up once and it'll be fine. It'll just sit there and everything's good. Well, Google's changing the rules. To speak on that. Like, they always like to change the rules. And, uh, starting— I think it's March 1st, rumor has it, who knows— that, uh, if you're not actively using your Google Business Profile, that they will consider you an inactive business. It could be go in and update your hours if you've got holidays coming, literally anything, but it needs to have something done. And I know for most of us it's been a set it and leave it. And you know, I won't say never go back, but periodically go back and update things. And for a lot of us, it really is never go back. And if that's how you're going to treat it moving forward, then Google will just simply remove you. So that's not what we want either. So just set a reminder to do one thing, whatever that one thing is. The easiest thing is upload some images, one image a week, something like that. I'm going to be repurposing blog posts there once a week, uh, for my one thing. So
