This is a YouTube tutorial/demonstration titled "Miles Google Business Profile Optimizer" (uploaded 2025-11-23T19:33:42Z). A single presenter (SPEAKER A) demonstrates the tool "Miles," showing how to generate a Google Business Profile description, suggest and choose categories (primary vs secondary), upload company details, and create responses to reviews (for Google and other platforms). The speaker explains copy-pasting the generated description into the profile, asking for rewrites with more detail if needed, and emphasizes the importance of responding to every review.

Now let's meet Miles. He is designed to help your Google Business Profile. And what he does is he will help you write a description for your business on the profile, and he will also help you to respond to any reviews. So you've got two options here. Do you want to write a description? Do you want to paste in a Google review for him to respond to? Now I will tell you, you can use these for any reviews that you want to respond to, not just Google. He will help you with any platform that has reviews. So I'm just going to go ahead and click the Google Business Description, and he's going to ask you some details about your business. And if you have your company details, you want to go ahead and just upload those or take the time to answer these questions. I'm just going to upload my company details. So once I've input all the information that it needs, it went ahead and created a description and suggested 3 categories. Again, I would want to look at these and pick one as primary, put the other 2 as secondary categories, and that's it. You just simply copy and paste that. Into your Google Business Profile, and your description should be greatly improved over what you had before. And if it's not, you give it more details and ask it to rewrite it again. And if you are wanting to have it respond to a review, all you do is copy the review, put the name of the reviewer in there, and then have it write you the response. It does a fantastic job for both negative and positive reviews, and it is super important that you respond to every single review, not just the ones that you want to. So this is how Miles works.
