So what other things are super important that we as business owners have written down or under control in case something happens?
Well, if you're using QuickBooks, it's actually very simple. Print out lists because you already have the lists in there for all the people you pay and all the people you buy from. So all you need to do And that's why when you add a new vendor or a new customer, fill out those profiles with addresses and phone numbers and emails. It seems tedious in the moment, but long range, you'll be so proud of yourself because you have all the information when you need it. So you can print out the vendor list, customer list, and employee list, and that takes up care of a huge crowd, especially when we're talking about small business. Excuse me. And huge crowd, by what I mean is you can grow at any time and reprint the list. The biggest thing is you have to stay current because you might miss— maybe print it out once every 6 months whenever, or quarterly when you print out your financials. And this way you'll be like, "Oh, I gotta replace my list because I see a few people that aren't on it." And so keeping things current is paramount.
