Dotty Scott leads a discussion where Carolyn describes how her Squarespace coaching site grew into a wellness business that needed Massagebook for massage scheduling. The conversation focuses on planning ahead for tools that can scale with your business.
So I've said a lot about that at this point. Does anybody have questions on this piece of it?
Dotty, this, this is Carolyn. Hi, Carolyn. I can probably go on video now. Well, I won't worry about it now. I am one of those people. So I had a person start my website on Squarespace 5 years ago thinking it would just be coaching, and it served its purpose just fine. But over the years, my entire vision has expanded to be integrated wellness, including massage therapy. And what we discovered is, hmm, scheduling software is not too conducive for that kind of business. So I've now integrated Massagebook, which is a phenomenal platform for that part of the business. But to your point, it never would have dawned on me, nor Did it even— no one brought that even as an idea of to think ahead of what could this potentially be and build it for that, or at least the platform can be expanded for that, right? Just in case you need it. I think it's a really, really important point.
Thank you for recognizing that. It is. It's— and it's things that people, you know, what we don't know, we don't know.
