I was surprised to hear that some people will not buy from a business that has 100% 5-star reviews because they feel like it's been manipulated somehow. Either they're paying people for the reviews or they're fake reviews or whatever. They don't feel comfortable with that number because logically speaking, people understand that you can't satisfy 100% of the people. 100% of the time. And I just found that really interesting that they would rather buy from someone that's 4-point-something than someone that is a 5.0. Just let that sink in for a little bit when you're thinking about reviews.
