In general, your website needs to be branded to you. Needs to have your logo, use your colors, have your personality, your flavor, whatever you want to call it, embedded in that website. Because any other marketing that you do is going to link to your website and they need to know they are in the right place visually looking at. It needs to have a clear call to action. What is it that you want people to do when they visit your website? Do you want 'em to call you? Do you want to have them sign up to get your newsletter? Do you want them to purchase something from you? Make sure it's clear what their path is. And another thing that's super important is that your website is easily navigated. People can actually find find what they're looking for. Because if they don't, they're just going to click back to that Google search and they're going to look at the next person in line. So you want to make sure once they've chosen your website that they're getting the information that they actually want and need.
