AgileBin

Foreign Want to introduce you to our latest set of tools brought to us by our friends at Agile Bin. Agile Bin has a whole suite of tools that Scrum teams can put to use right away. Let's take a look at some of my favorites. So as soon as we log in, you can see our dashboard. Over here on the left are all of the different tools that exist for us to use. Starting with like the Fist of five, we can run retrospectives. Planning poker, we have some Agile assessments. One of our favorites here at Kai Rise is the Lean Coffee. We can fire up a Lean Coffee meeting and we'll copy the link and we'll go ahead and email that out to people. And over here on the far left, we'll go ahead and add a note to start discussing. Like, you know, Scrum events might be the topic we want to cover. We'll add that once we get a bunch of notes in the discussion column, people can upvote those notes and we'll take the highest voted item and then as a team we'll drag it to discussing, start our timer and then we'll discuss this particular topic. And when we're done we can move it over to the discuss column. Let's take a look at another one. Perhaps you run retrospectives as a team. Let's say you want to fire up the sailboat Retro. We'll just go ahead and give this a title and launch our retrospective. Copy that link, you would email it to everybody to join and boom. As everybody's invited in here, they can add cards to what help us move forward, what made us feel good, etc. Also got a place for action items which is pretty handy. So we'll consolidate all of the retrospective action items and move them forward. Very important tip there, right? You got to do your action items on your retro. So all in one place. We have all of these tools ready for you to put to use today, brought to you by Agile Bin. And one more thing. We're excited to announce a new partnership with Agile Bin for everyone who purchases the Agile Foundation's ultimate plan. You're going to get three months of free access to the Pro version of Agile Bin, which will give you all of these additional retrospectives templates that you can follow. The ability to invite your team to this many more updates for you. You'll be getting that included with your Agile Foundations ultimate purchase, so be sure to check out Agile Bin, try some of the tools. I think you're going to find it a great addition to your toolkit.
