As a team, it's important to know where we're at in our sprint goal. Are we on track to complete it? Do we feel like. Does the data show that we're gonna. We're gonna make our commitments? Well, one of the tools that we can use is called the burndown chart. A burndown chart is used at the team level to track our progress. So what is it? Okay, let's take a look. So across the x axis, we've got the days in the sprint, and then the y axis is the points that we've committed to. So we'll have those points on the. On the y axis, and we'll make a mark on day one of. Committed to. So let's say we committed to 50 story points. That's our commitment. So day one of the sprint, we have our dot up at the top 50 points. That's what we've committed to. Now, most of your system burn down charts and burn up charts. Just some of the many tools you can use to communicate progress both within your teams, but also to those outside of your team who need to know where we're at.
