Foreign. Hi there, I'm Mike Lyons, your personal Agile coach and I'm so excited to welcome you to Chirise's at your Pace training offering Agile Foundations. My partners and I have decades of experience as agilists and have trained thousands of people in all things Agile. I myself began my agile journey in 2006 and continue to master the craft today. Served in multiple industries for profit, not for profit, state and local government. I've worked with both global and local teams, small shops, big shops, even some of the largest companies on the planet. And I've traveled globally. I've taught Agile Mindset principles in Africa and Latin America and parts of Asia. I've seen these concepts work well. I've seen them fail miserably. But we've taken all of these experiences and learnings and prepared the Agile Foundations to get you started off on the right foot. We think you'll find our at your pace Learning approach with small, easily consumable lessons a perfect fit for your desire to be smarter every day while still leading your busy life. And we've partnered with IC Agile, a leader in Agile certifications, to align our course to meet the highest level of standards developed by a worldwide agile thought leadership. Icagile's learning model is organized around three learning programs leading change, value delivery and organizational enablement. Our Agile Foundations course is a key starting point for these programs. We'll cover the history of Agile, we'll cover the Agile Manifesto, Agile principles, as well as introduce some widely applied frameworks and practices. We delve deep into topics like adaptive planning and value driven development, team collaboration, frequent FE feedback for relentless improvement and you'll come away with a solid understanding of core concepts as you prepare to embark on your Agile journey. Agile is a journey and we're excited to be your partner on your journey. Welcome to Agile Foundations.
