Customer Success Story - Anita Smith

I am currently working as a Scrum Master for two Salesforce dev teams at one of the big medical device companies and I've used some of the things I've learned within your course already. It even had like some hands on activities which I thought were really well done for a course that needs to be done like in your own time. So it wasn't a live course and the way you put together the activities, I thought they were really creative. The length of the videos was perfect. It made me feel like I was getting more accomplished like because you can take like little bite sized pieces. I did it all. I think I did it all in pretty much one sitting. Before I started, their daily scrums were 40 minutes every day and now I got it down to 15 to 20 minutes. I just needed to hear that it's okay if you don't do the standard three questions and status updates from your course. That made my scrum actually a 15 minute scrum. I recommend to anyone who is on a Scrum team, not necessarily a Scrum Master, but having everyone on the team to know how it's supposed to work instead of one person telling me, oh, this is how supposed to work. It's really beneficial because that this way like after taking the course, you and anyone on your team will understand why we're doing the things that we're doing. If I were to like ask someone to build me a dream course, your course like is exactly what I was looking for.
