I had studied agile and touched on that subject and that concepts in university, but really having a certificate via short courses makes you a lot more sort of noticed. It's very, all very good and well to have that degree but having that specialty like knowledge called out through short courses is what's currently differentiating sort of candidates in this market. In the course, the 12 principles are stepped through. There are examples, but more than just examples and an introduction to those principles, there is a clear articulation of why each principle is important and why and when it's needed. So I think you're not only just learning the rote of the theory of here's your 12 agile principles, you're also learning why it's important. I liked that Mike gave feedback on all of my assignments. So unlike other online courses where you just sort of submit your assignment into the ether and you get a pass or a fail, there was Mike saying that's awesome, great example and have you considered this? And you make a good point. So I really like that interaction. I am someone who likes that gold star. The videos are fantastic and there's always these little fun tips as well which kind of break up when you're like too focused and just sort of like pull you out of that little, you know, focus tunnel sometimes that we get into about, you know, am I taking all the notes at all the right times? I would 100% recommend this course to friends and colleagues. It is very easy to consume, especially if you're working full time and you've got, you know, less brain power at the end of the day. The modules are bite sized pieces so there's something you can get through without having to sit for hours on end so you can chip away at it and stay relatively in focus with the different content pieces.
