Well, hey there. I'm so excited to share with you Toolkit Plus. This is a bit of a passion project of mine. I've been gathering tools and tips and resources over the years and pulled them together into this package that's going to accelerate your agile journey. It's filled with resources that you can put to use right away. It's sort of like all the stuff I've learned the hard way over the years, packaged up and ready for you to take advantage of. Toolkit plus includes templates for things like a team charter or definition of done. It's even got a product vision template you can use. It's got cheat sheets you can use to help facilitate some of your events. Sprint Planning, Sprint Recognition, the Sprint review. And not only that, there's some how to videos for advanced concepts like delegation poker or how to run a lean copy. These are the tried and true best practices, best approaches that I've learned over 30 years of being on the front lines of technology delivery. These tools, they're gonna take your Apple game to the next level. Honestly, I wish I had something like this when I was starting out on my agile journey.
