I thought it's just really good timing for me as a project manager to understand Agile and unpack that a little bit more I liked that it's self paced because everyone's busy and so then you can actually do it in the time that you have, which is really good. Sometimes you do a course and you don't necessarily apply your learnings but I was able to from this course which was great.
I'm starting to see our other leaders, other executives use new language that better sets expectations and there's just more synergy, I guess. Whenever a piece of work comes up and it's like someone's like, how are we going to do this? Well, it's pretty straightforward. We're going to put a team together and we're going to start sprinting, you.
