Shiv Yoga differs from organized religion by offering freedom rather than obligation. You're inherently worthy just by being alive, and you choose whether to accept the path. Religion imposes duties; Shiv Yoga presents knowledge and lets you decide.
Chapters
Beautiful difference between Shiv Yoga and religion. In religion, you have no choice, you have no say. In Shiv Yoga, you have freedom, you have a choice. The path is given to you, the knowledge is shared with you, you are seen as somebody who is mature, who is capable. And once that divinity is given, that guidance is given, then it is up to you. Do I accept? Do I walk the path? Or do I need some more time? And if a person walks the path, then they will benefit like, like you benefited. So of course the energy is shared and it will be shared. And I do understand where that question is coming from to you, because you're thinking, oh, in all these religions, you know, you have to do so many things to be worthy. In Shiv Yoga, you are worthy if you are born. And you're alive.
