Lalitha Rudra is the most sacred sadhana because it is a combination of the Shiva and Shakti, the Shri Vidya, which is the Lalitha, the 300 divine bijakshara, and the Rudram. The Rudram comes from the Vedas. The Rudram is the saga of Shiva, the connection of the Father of the Universe. And in the Rudram, the most powerful is the namakam, the invocation, salutations, and surrender to Shiva. If you are blessed by the Shri Vidya sadhana, then you can mix it with combination of doing the Lalitha Rudram and then the Shri Vidya. But if you are not being blessed with the Shri Vidya sadhana, you will realize that if you do the part of the Rudram, many great and beautiful changes will happen in your life.
