The world is a very different place right now. You go outside and you see cars driving without anybody sitting in them. You see robots making coffee. You see artificial intelligence. And in a world that is constantly changing, how does a person stay grounded? How can a person find peace? How can a person have an anchor? Just like there are outer technologies, in the same way, man in his ancient civilization worked upon inner technologies as well. Outer technologies can help a person reach from the Earth to the Moon, and inner technologies, technologies like yoga, like sadhana, like meditation, can help a person reach from a point of anxiety to a point of peace and divine bliss, maybe even enlightenment.
