Ishan Shivanand argues that positive thinking requires systematic reprogramming, not one-time affirmations. Most of our mind operates subconsciously, so lasting change demands repeated practice and aligned action. Every moment and action rewires your internal GPS toward your goals.

Before conflict, before happiness, it's just a simple reminder. It's just you programming your GPS. Because the thing is, you know, people say positive thinking, but have you tried being positive? The thing about positive thinking is that you can say to yourself that I am rich, I am rich, I am rich, but from inside the sound is going to come, no, you are not, no, you are not, no, you are not. And why it's going to come? Because we live a very programmed state of mind, and it takes time. Trust me, it takes time to program ourselves. Now the programming goes Then whatever you are going to do again and again and again, it's going to be etched in your system. So if we are talking about positive thinking, positive thinking doesn't come overnight. It is a systematic progression, and that progression can only come If there are goals, and the goals, they help you. Because popular psychology says that you are only using 4% of your conscious mind, rest is subconscious. Physics says you're only using part of it, you know, part of you is, is physical space, rest all is empty space. So, you know, the When somebody tells me, "Lose some weight," I tell them, "See, physicists toh kete sab empty spaces." I am empty, but that's that. Anyways, even biologists say so much of your DNA is junk DNA. So what it means is that even if 24/7 you are trying to be positive, which is impossible, you are using 3% of your mind, 0.1% of your body, and maybe A very little percentage of yourself. So how can you be positive and expect results if a fraction of you is trying to be positive and the rest 97% is not even in your control? And this 97% is an accumulation, accumulation of every single thing that you do. So there is no such thing as time passed. To every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. It's as simple as that. Mene neika, issaat nuklan neka hai, usko pakroo. To time pass jaise toh koi cheez bhi aare, hoti nahi. Your every second is important. Your every action is leading you or leading you away towards or from your goal.
