In this talk, the speaker explains Shiv Yog Healing as a practice that moves beyond the physical body to train the conscious mind and awareness. He argues that merely thinking positively is insufficient because the mind often drifts elsewhere; instead, one must command the mind by understanding and directing energy. The mind is described as "software" that cannot be changed by altering the "hardware" (the body) alone. By learning the flow of energy, a practitioner can project that energy to improve others’ lives and even influence plant growth, a claim supported by referenced research. The speaker emphasizes that true mastery leads to answering life's big questions through meditation, and stresses the goal of creating self‑realized individuals rather than followers, following his guru’s teaching to become like the guru. He outlines the path to this empowerment through healing, sadhana (spiritual practice), seva (selfless service), and sankirtan (devotional singing).

The Shiv Yog healing. Now Shiv Yog healing, it is very, very important because now after the body comes our mind. And when we are working our conscious mind, it is very, very important and imperative to Focus the mind in such a manner that we can command our mind and our awareness. You see, our awareness is very, very important. Wherever we project our mind, wherever we project our awareness, the mind 24 hours spends to process that same thought. Now you see, the beauty is that we are are taught by popular culture to think positive. Yes, you must also have heard to think positive, positive thinking, or create what you want to create. And the best thing is, if right now, if right now I tell you think positive, that, you know, I have a Mercedes in my garage, Mercedes in my garage, think, think, feel. The beauty is, the more you will say I have a Mercedes in my garage, from inside the thought will come, you are a jackass, You are a jackass, you are a jackass. And this is happening because our mind is already projected somewhere else. Our body may be sitting here, but we have not trained our mind as yet. So our mind is floating. It is floating like a scavenger. It is a kite without string. And healing means, awareness means, the first step after the body, bringing the mind back to where you are right now, where you are sitting. And that can only happen if a person understands energy. Because what is mind? The mind is not a physical concept. I cannot dissect you today and I cannot tell you that this is your mind. I can show you your brain. Understand, understand, my friend. Hardware, software. Hardware is the knowledge of the body, nature of life. Now, software, the knowledge of the mind. You can't change your hardware and expect your software to change. You need to work on your software, you need to update your software, and that is why the mind, the consciousness, the cognition, the thoughts are not concepts of the third dimension. They are not of the body. I can't dissect you and show you your thoughts. They, to be understood, first you need to understand energy. The flow of energy, the thoughts' relation to energy, and the power of projection of energy. And that is what we learn in Shiv Yog Healing, that you can project your energy to other people. Make their life better. Not just this, Babaji did a research through Shivyog healing on plants. And we have so much of data. I will put a few links on the video that you are watching. You can open that, that through projection of energy, we could change even the growth rate and the quality of plants. And imagine if you could utilize this power that is already within you. And when a person knows energy, when a person knows his body, when a person knows his mind, then he's ready to meditate and answer the big questions of life. You just need to be capable. And the best thing is you can create what you want in your life, just like Gautam Buddha created, just like every saint in history created. And that is what I believe in. I don't believe in creating followers. I believe in creating people who are capable enough to create the same divinity that I experience in my life. Because that is what my Guru taught me. He did not teach me to follow him. He taught me to become like him. That is what I will teach you through the process of healing, sadhana, seva and sankirtan. Bless you. Namaste.
