I want you to know that this Shre is going to be special. Every single second that you will spend with me, it is a very welcomed gift you are giving to yourself. You deserve every ounce of meditation that you do, every drop of energy that you create. You deserve this and you deserve more. It will feel as if I am talking only to you. When you are sitting in your house, you feel more safe, you most feel more secure, you feel more at peace. And hence the sadhanas can be a thousand times much deeper than the time when you are sitting amongst thousands and thousands of people. Your concentration will be better, your sadhana will be deeper, the effort you put on on yourself will be more. And more than that, the release that will happen will be a much more beautiful release because you will not be stopping yourself. If you are sitting amongst 1,000 people and a drop of fear comes, you think twice, thinking, what if somebody is watching and judging me? Right now in this place, there is nobody judging you. Another reason that makes the shiver special, it It is said in our ancient Shiva Yog scriptures that wherever a person meditates, that place becomes a holy place, a divine place, a place where you invoke the Guru Tattva and the Shiva Tattva. And right now, because you are sitting and meditating in your home, this is the place where you are invoking the light of the universe and hence opening the door through which the grace can flow through you to the people whom you try to love.
So much positive energy, and it connects the soul, and it has worked from the day one that we started Shiv Yogi in Los Angeles. And, uh, somewhere something good we've done as a family to be able to attend these Shiv Yogis, and also that we don't have to travel. Um, so the whole past 3 days, 4 days have been phenomenal. Lots of energy, lots of blessings, lots of divine energy, and it just is very, very special. Very, very powerful sadhanas, and we don't even realize how much deep-rooted emotions we hold within us. You know, it could be fears, it could be sadness, it could be just all these emotions that you hold within you, and it may not be this lifetime, it could be many lifetimes, and it just helps to release them slowly. And even though I've been doing sadhanas before, I think every time is a special experience. It's just a unique experience each time, and you feel more and more relaxed and more closer to the Divine.
Self-realization is that infinite one is you. I am Brahman, you are Brahman. Your mind is Brahman. This is the whole universe. Shivoham Shivoham.
