Namaste. Lie down. Be very relaxed. I want you to command your body. Command with a lot of love. Your body is very intelligent. Important for you. All that you have seen, all that you have experienced, it was possible because of this body. Today, acknowledge your body. Be grateful to your eyes. Be grateful to your nose. Be grateful to your lips, your tongue, your teeth. Be very grateful to your ears. So many beautiful sounds, so many beautiful sights to see, so many beautiful smells. So many tastes, so many experiences, and all because of this body. Be grateful to your heart beating in your chest. Be grateful to your lungs giving you breath every day. Be grateful to your stomach. Gratitude and love towards your liver, your kidneys, your pancreas. Feel as if it is not an emotion but an energy that you are invoking. And when I tell you to become aware of an organ, you are projecting all this energy towards that part of your body, as if just for a moment you are the one controlling life, as if just for a moment all the life force in your body is controlled by your thoughts. And feel the moment you become aware of whichever body part— feel that body part shining with this light that you project. As if all your life force, as if all your energy is flowing to that particular part of your body. Be very grateful to your intestines, grateful to your feet. Your hands. Grateful to all the bones in your body. Be very grateful to each and every drop of blood. Grateful to each and every cell, each and every atom that comprises of your body. This body is very important. All that you have experienced and all that you are about to experience is only possible till the time this body helps you, as if you are the master and this body is your vessel, a vehicle in which you travel the course of your life. Today, thank your body completely. This body makes you possible, and it is with your body that you feel and experience. And as you thank your body, understand This body too is a vehicle, and just like your body is a vehicle, it too comes from the planet Earth. It too is passing a journey. A journey made possible from the planet. Just like you reside in your body, this body resides in the planet. You are possible because of the planet. Your journey is possible because of the planet. Today I want you to thank the planet. Take your awareness to this planet Earth, this planet Earth from where you have risen, from where one day you will go back. You will merge. Today, thank all the trees, all the plants. Gratitude towards all the rivers, all the mountains. Gratitude towards the sky, the ocean. Gratitude towards all the animals, all the life forms. Gratitude towards the wind, Because this planet makes you possible. In this planet, you continue your journey. From this planet, you have risen. You are the child of the planet. And just like you continue your journey on this planet, understand today, even this planet has a journey. Even this planet has manifested from the universe. This planet comes from the universe. This planet will one day return to the universe. It is because of this universe that today you are on your journey. Whatever you experience, whatever you are, It is only because of this vast, infinite universe. Today, become aware of this universe and be very grateful. I am grateful for all the divinity that I experience in this universe. I am grateful for all the miracles which have manifested from this universe. I am grateful for the wonderful guru This universe has provided for me. I am thankful, and today I connect. The universe gives birth to the planet. The planet gives birth to the body. The body contains the conscious awareness, the consciousness which is the seed of the universe. Today, understand, you are the child of the universe. You come from the universe. And one day you will merge with the universe. And if you are the seed of the infinite, then you have the power to give birth to infinite. Any success success that you can imagine. You can give birth to infinite times more success. Any form of love that you have ever experienced, you can experience infinite times more the love you can ever imagine. Any form of divinity that you may feel right now, understand, you have the power to feel infinite times more divinity than you can ever imagine. Because you are the child of infinity. The universe creates the planet. The planet creates the body. The body acts like a vessel for the infinite consciousness. Today, do not contain this affinity. Just let go. Just like the tree bursts out of this seed. Just like a baby comes out of his mother, in the same manner, in every cell of your body, you hold infinite power, infinite potential, infinite divinity. Just accept. Just your acceptance will unleash the power within. Bring the intention: I accept that I am the child of the universe. I accept that I am the being of light. I accept that I am limited only by my imagination, and today I am ready to visualize a wonderful future for me and my family. I accept that I have the power to create, because if the universe can create the planet And I am the child of the universe. Then today I choose to create success for myself, happiness for myself, healing for me and my family. Divinity for me and my family. I accept and I create. Take your awareness to your navel. To the cells in your navel, to the atoms in your cells, and feel now that I invoke the healing. Now, when you accept the truth The cells start to vibrate at a higher frequency. Feel this frequency like a wave traveling from your navel to each and every cell of your body. Feel this wave taking over your existence. Today, command each and every cell: I raise the consciousness to the Shiva consciousness. I command my body to vibrate at the God frequency. I command each and every atom to resonate at the God frequency. I command each and every electron to resonate at the God frequency. I command the nucleus of each and every atom to resonate at the God frequency. And now just let go. Just like when you plant the seed, you let go, because now the universe will take over, and soon you shall have a tree laden with fruits. In the same manner, tonight you plant the seeds of miracles.
