And now, ladies and gentlemen, this is truly an incredible moment. I'm now going to tell you about an amazing company, 21st Century Fox. Please give a very strong Dreamforce welcome to Leah McGowan Hayer.
Leah. Thank you, mark. Hello, Dreamforce. Listen, when I heard I'd have the honor of sharing the story of 21st Century Fox, I figured I'm one step away from the Oscars, so why not? And apparently Matt and Dylan thought the same thing. 21st Century Fox is an absolute amazing trailblazer. You heard them in the film. With the help of Salesforce, they're in front of the line in the fourth Industrial Revolution. Now, listen, we've all seen and experienced their movies and we've been touched by their films. But what many don't know, They're a powerful B2B company. They're selling and distributing their film to exhibitors, and they're using the Salesforce platform to do this. It all starts with the world's number one sales platform, Sales Cloud. Transforming sales from lead to cash to loyalty. And with products like Pardot and CPQ and now New Einstein forecasting, Sales Cloud is the most complete and agile sales platform in the world. But listen, yes, yes. Sales Cloud is now. It's not just transforming how they're working with their exhibitors and their customers. They're also transforming how they're connecting internally. They're using the world's number one collaboration platform, Quip. Quip is the team collaboration platform. You know, Sunday's up here on one of our amazing trailblazers. She's one of 20,000 trailblazers at 21st Century Fox who's using Quip to collaborate. Now you're going to see Quip momentarily, But it is amazing. It's a living document. It's up to date. Everybody's on the same page. And with live apps, all the possibilities are limitless. You're going to see it pretty amazing. And finally, with Community Cloud, the world's number one community platform. See, companies like 21st Century Fox have massive, highly engaged audiences. And with Community Cloud, they can come together and share their energy and enthusiasm with each other and have a stronger connection with the brand. So, listen, I want to jump in and share this experience with you. You guys want to do that? All right, let's do it. Well, this is Sales Cloud, but it doesn't look like Salesforce because it's custom themed. Using my lightning. You heard Parker talk about this earlier. It has the look and feel of 21st Century Fox. It's coloring their icon and it's customized to their unique B2B processes. They call this their global theatrical system. GTS. GTS manages how they connect with exhibitors, how they manage their finances. They manage all of their finances and their media budgets in there. It's amazing. Now, prior to gts, they did this with Excel sheets and their own personal documents and emails and, and it wasn't a very connected process, but now it's all done inside of GTS and it's done at scale. To give you a sense of scale, the Salesforce platform manages the release of films with thousands of exhibitors in 120 markets on over 150,000 screens in 56 unique languages. Globally, these movies are seen by over 600 million moviegoers. That's a lot of popcorn. Listen, since we're talking about films, who wants to play the role with me of releasing Deadpool 2? All right, let's do it. So let's bring up Deadpool 2. So here we have the release information and Remember I said 56 unique languages and it's all localized right here on the platform. Now if we look down, we have this amazing global dashboard powered by Salesforce analytics with all of the top grossing cities as it's projecting the revenue for Deadpool 2. Now, this is not just Salesforce data. This is also third party data being brought in into one seamless, amazing, gorgeous user experience. Now if we scroll down because remember, we're playing the role of releasing the film, we're looking at the budget. Now, you know you gotta spend money to make money. So we're gonna look over some of these budgets. And this too is integrated with 21st Century Fox's financial systems. But we can make it smarter by clicking a button. Einstein reveals that audience engagement has worked well. So we're going to go ahead and increase the budget for non media budget and we'll do, I don't know, a confetti drop. Because what doesn't say audience engagement like a confetti drop? Right? So we'll go ahead and save that. So now that we've completed all of our theater planning, are we done? No. We need to get this film to our exhibitors. We need to get the film to all our different channels so we can leverage the power of sales cloud to track and manage the best channels for Deadpool 2. These are B2B sales opportunities. Now it looks like Bell Media is pretty hot with an Einstein opportunity score of 98. This is Einstein. This is AI. This is the power of Einstein helping you to identify what, where I should focus my Energy. Now, this reduces the amount of time sales reps are looking through opportunities and allows them to close deals faster. Amazing. But it does not stop there. So when I think of movies, I think of movie trailers. And did you know that movie trailers are the most effective marketing material in in the biz. That's short for show biz. Three times more than any other asset. And it's a very collaborative effort. And when I hear the word collaboration, only one thing comes to mind. Quip. Quip is the team collaboration platform. Quip is going ahead and removing how companies are thinking about collaboration, moving them away from emails and attachments. You can see in here this is amazing document. And now with live apps, amazing. You can literally pull in any app that you use on a day to day to run your business into the Quip canvas. And Quip offers out of the box live apps such as the calendar. Here we have an amazing calendar that shows our key dates and deliverables. And if we scroll down, we also have a checklist to tick off items as we're done. And it looks like Deadpool got his workout in. So we can all rest now. Good to know. He got his arm day. And this is amazing. Now another really cool thing about Quip and live apps, you can create your own custom live app. So in here, what you're seeing is the trailer inside of Quip and you see the little yellow buttons? Those are the comments. So people can comment on different segments of the trailer. That's collaboration at a whole new level. That's pretty awesome. So here it looks like everybody's okay with the trailer and even Deadpool, which is good because he could be a little picky. So now we're ready to tweet it. Now, if I want to tweet this trailer, do you think I need to leave Quip? No. Thank you, Mark. Mark. No, no. I can bring in Salesforce Social studio directly into the Quip canvas and from there tweet it. That is pretty awesome. Now listen, you heard in the film Stacy say that they are trying to 21st Century Fox wants to start connecting with their audiences directly. Well, not only are they connecting with their audiences directly using the power of marketing cloud, they're also monitoring the journeys. And I am so thrilled to share with you that you can now monitor your journeys inside a marketing cloud using Google Analytics360. Yes, give it up for that. It is okay to clap if I say something you like. That's okay. That's how this goes. In here we have the conversion rate, ROI and rich site data like dwell time. Now, for my marketers, you know how critical it is to monitoring your journeys and being able to see this information. But it doesn't stop there. Einstein takes in those insights, refines and re segments the data and splits it into four profiles and then does a smart split. And then we can personalize each of those journeys so we can move those potential fans to super fans. Now, what you've just experienced is how Salesforce is helping 21st Century Fox be their best company, be their best self, be an amazing trailblazer. Yes, yes, yes. I feel like twirling, twirling, twirling. Yes. Oh, I'm not done. I'm dressed up like this. I'm gonna work the stage for a minute. Hold on. My gift to you. If any of these products have inspired you, you too can learn about this. You can start skilling up. Text 21CF to this number. And I personally created a trail mix and I completed it.
