As a sales manager, you understand that sales is not just about numbers, it's also about people. Here are three easy steps to analyze team performance and identify coaching opportunities for your sales reps. First, get a holistic view of your team performance to see if they are on track to meet sales numbers. The Leaderboard dashboard gives you a quick understanding of your overall team performance. At a glance, you can see KPIs such as one amount, hypegen, average deal, cycle and Activities. View a quick comparison to understand how you're doing relative to the previous time period. Compare your current numbers with your quota and forecast to see if your team is on track to meet its goals. Next, move from team overview to individual performance with just a click. Click on the sales rep's photo to zero in on their individual performance. After viewing their quota, progress, won opportunities and other relevant KPIs, you are now ready to offer targeted individual coaching strategies to help improve their performance. And finally, take action on specific opportunities to help your sales rep meet their numbers. Scroll down to the Top deals table in order to coach them on a per account basis. Identify the right opportunity and then take action such as offering help or providing discounts to help your sales rep succeed. To learn more, take the Sales Analytics Guided Tour.
