A New Model For Growth | Marketing Keynote, Dreamforce 2026

In this Dreamforce 2026 keynote, Eric Zenz, SVP & GM of Marketing Cloud, outlines a new growth model for marketers centered on three imperatives: (1) shaping how AI and answer‑engine optimization (AEO) represent a brand, (2) using AI‑driven agents to build, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns, and (3) turning intent signals into B2B pipeline. The keynote introduces several new capabilities: Palmada, an AEO analytics and recommendation engine that measures brand visibility, citations, and sentiment across answer engines; deep integration of Contentful’s headless CMS with Marketing Cloud, enabling agents like Claude to automatically edit and publish content based on AI recommendations. A new Campaign Agent is demonstrated, showing how it can generate on‑brand, channel‑ready content, assemble campaigns, prioritize audiences, and adapt post‑launch based on performance. For B2B, Piper (an inbound lead‑generation agent) and Hunter (an account‑intelligence agent) work together to capture intent in real time, qualify leads, and surface contextual data to sales. Live demos with Manta footwear, Under Armour, and Formula 1 illustrate the end‑to‑end workflow, from AEO insights to content updates, campaign creation, and intent‑driven engagement. The session closes with community recognition, QR‑code resources, and a call to explore the new roadmap.

Please welcome Senior Vice President and General Manager, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Eric Zenz. Thank you.
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Marketing Cloud keynote. Before we begin, I want to say thank you. Thank you for those of you in the audience taking time out of your third long day at Dreamforce to learn more about marketing, and thank you for everybody viewing online. Dreamforce is such an exciting moment to connect with so many marketers executing interesting strategies across B2B and B2C marketing. And in this keynote, we have something here for each and every one of you. I want you to think of a time recently when you had to make a big decision, a purchase or a trip. Maybe it was whether to come to Dreamforce, maybe it was to where to eat or where to stay. You started with a question, right? And increasingly, as consumers, we're taking these questions to AI. Now, I've been planning 2 big events recently. This one that you're in right now, and my own wedding. It's actually Saturday, if you can believe that. Yep, thank you. So I have to thank my incredibly supportive fiancée for enabling me to be here today. And I need you to keep those romantic feelings close, because the next thing I'm going to say is a bit of a doozy. But I also have to thank an important groomsman, Claude. You see, Claude has been critical for me in answering all sorts of questions about my wedding, like helping to pick a Washington red wine that paired well with our menu and also met our budget. And I share this anecdote with you because it's an example of taking a question to AI, and AI didn't come back with a list of links or just information. It came back with an answer. And that raises an important question for every marketer in this room. Are you in that conversation? And if you are, how is your brand being represented? Because the first impression with your brand may not come from your beautiful website or your latest email campaign. It may come from AI. And it may be informed by a community, a review, or a contributor that you've never even met. So the landscape is definitely changing. And as marketers who now need to market to a human audience as well as an AI audience, our tactics need to change. Now, I may not be telling you something you don't already know here. But your customers do not follow defined paths. They'll start from anywhere, they'll switch channels, and they'll make their decision at any point in time. As marketers, we have worked so hard to craft the perfect journey and work to keep customers in those journeys. It works to a limited extent. It was possible when the options were more limited. It was easy when behavior was easier to predict. But the landscape has changed a lot here too, and I think that marketers are ready for a change. Because what if you could just set the strategy and hand off execution? Well, that's why I'm so excited for what's new in Marketing Cloud, because we're helping multiply every marketer with agents that act on your strategy. We power decisions with the context of the customer and the brand. We power content for both human audiences and AI audiences. We help you with conversational channels that scale, and we can help you build campaigns that automatically improve over time. Now, with this framing in place, we are going to show you how Marketing Cloud will help you excel under 3 imperatives for growth. First, in helping you shape what AI says about your brand. Then building campaigns that improve themselves automatically. And finally, for our B2B audiences, how to turn buying signals into pipeline. On that first point, shaping what AI says about your brand, we are so excited to welcome Contentful into Salesforce and into the Marketing Cloud. Contentful fills a key gap for us. It actually helps to connect the rich context that we have with incredibly rich content to power personalized experiences for humans and AI. And I can't think of a better person to tell you more about this than a marketer herself, From Contentful, Kimberly Gong.
Thank you so much, Eric. Hello, everyone. Hello, Dreamforce. My name is Kimberly. I come from Contentful, and we are so delighted to be here as Contentful joins the Salesforce family. For the last 13 years, Contentful has been helping brands deliver beautiful digital experiences grounded in our headless content platform. This allows every marketer to create their content, manage it, scale and optimize it, built for every channel across human audiences and agentic audiences, as Eric said before. Now, for many years, the website really was the front door of our experience for any brand, but that is changing. With AEO, really the new front door is every answer engine. As everyone starts to type into searches, they are finding more of those searches from AEO. 70% of consumers are using search as their front door. Now, as we think about this, Eric asks the question, are you showing up in search? And I would ask the second part of that question, how are you showing up in search? Does AI really understand how your brand is perceived and the way that you want your consumers to perceive your brand? For many of us marketers, it's a bit of a black box, and we really don't know how to impact that until now. I'm delighted to introduce Palmada. Palmada is our latest innovation that helps you understand, measure, and improve your answer engine optimization so that you can truly identify what is going to work and help improve how you show up in searches, giving your marketers clear recommendations and guidance to make every— to make those changes so that they can perform better. So instead of talking about it, I'd love to show it to you in a demo. So here we are, and let's get started. Taylor, thank you for driving this demo for me.
All right.
Well, let's get started here on the Manta website. Now, Manta is a global footwear brand, and they have just launched a new line of running shoes. And they power their website by Contentful, looks beautiful, but they'd really like to know how this new running shoe category is performing. So they're going to start a Palmada AEO report. Now, in this report, Palmada is going to do some deep research looking across the industry, the market, competitors to understand how Manta is showing up. And what we see here is really interesting. We're actually mentioned 62% of the time. Which from a visibility standpoint is pretty good, right? But only 26% of the time are we actually cited. Now, this is a problem because while we are visible and mentioned, we're not really driving the narrative. And this is— and so how can we fix that? We also see that only 23% of the perception is positive. So as a marketer, I need to know more about how I can change this. So what I'm going to do next is go into the topics and prompts. Palmada gives you a few different ways to really understand your data. You can go really deep here, clicking into the topics and really understanding heat maps of how we are performing from visibility or citations against our competitors. But also, we can go wide, and that's what I'd like to do, taking a look at all of the sources that are going to change our AI reputation. So it's not just Manta's website that is improving our reputation. It's everything non-owned sites. This could be things like press releases or news articles. Competitor pages, Reddit posts, everything on the open web is impacting your reputation. So let's go to what we can control, and we're going to type in mantafootwear.com. This is going to give us a better snapshot of how our own web property is performing. And I see a little— something a little concerning. We have a couple sources that are working against us. It is our warranty page, it's our care page. Now, I'm sure these pages were built with the best intentions in mind. We're trying to help our customers, but for some reason, AI is misunderstanding and misinterpreting this, and our brand is showing up in a negative way. So we need to fix this. What do we do? Let's go to the Actions tab, and this is where Palmada really shines. It's going to give us some different actions with some recommended, Actions, let's double-click into one, and you can see the justification. Why is this action recommended? What are we going— what's the suggested approach? What do we think that we will gain against our competitors by making some of these content changes? And along the right-hand side, you'll see our simulated impact. Now, this is really special because what Palmada is going to do is take that piece of content, it's going to create a couple new variations of it, run it through answer engines, and understand what is the recommended outcome that's going to be most likely to perform well. So marketers, I just have to ask, is this exciting? This is giving you real clear data and taking all of the guesswork out of how you improve your AEO. Pretty exciting?
Right.
Amazing. So what are we going to do about this? Well, we see here that Palmada is recommending that we add a TL;DR to our blog site. So why don't we do this? Normally, I would do this in Contentful, but instead, I'm going to do it in my agentic flow of work. So I'm going to pull up Claude, and the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to connect Contentful and Palmada using our MCPs. And actually, take a look, we also have a Salesforce MCP. So once we do this, we can now Prompt Claude to make this change, and Claude is going to find the recommendation from Palmada. It's going to find that content in Contentful, update it, publish it, so it's live in just seconds. And this is the true value of a headless content system. It allows you, once you create that content, to really put it anywhere at scale and make it actionable by agents. So you can see we just made this change in 1 minute. Pretty amazing. Let's see how this is performing. So let's give it a minute in market. We'll fast forward a couple of weeks, and I'm going to rerun that Palmada report, and let's see how we're doing. So already you can see our mentions are up. We're now cited as a source more often, and our AI perception is up 6%. Pretty great, right? All right. So let's give it up for Taylor. Thank you so much for that great demo. And let's go into a recap. What did we just see? All right, well, we just saw Palmada help us understand and improve our AI visibility. And all of this is available for you today. So pull out your phones, scan the QR code, and you can get your own free Palmada report today. I promise you the results will be illuminating. All right, we also saw Contentful's headless content help us create, manage, and scale those beautiful digital experiences across any channel— web, mobile, social, but also campaigns and even agents. And lastly, you saw headless marketing now powered by AI Force with new MC connectors for Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Next, allowing you to work across any surface and any agent. Are you pretty impressed? So much innovation. All right. So a great company who is really using our innovation to deliver beautiful, exciting digital experiences is Formula 1. Formula 1, if you haven't noticed, has been exploding in popularity, and their consumers are— and their fans are deeply committed and deeply engaged across a variety of different channels. But if you think about all of the different places— but Formula 1 had their data scattered across many channels, many content sources, and so they struggled to really deliver beautiful personalized experiences. So now they are reconciling that into unique fan profiles and partnering with Marketing Cloud and Contentful to deliver the next generation of digital experience. To tell us more, I'm delighted to introduce Matt Kemp onto the stage. Matt, thanks so much for joining us.
Thank you for having me.
All right. So, Matt, You are providing experiences across web, mobile. We talked about AI assistance. How is that changing how Formula 1 is showing up and where you show up?
Yeah, we started only 8 years ago, in actual fact. Everyone thinks of Formula 1 as being 75 years old. The reality is, up until 8 years ago, we were very much a B2B business. We didn't know who our fans were. We had 525 million fans in 2018. That's now grown to 500— sorry, 830 million. So we started collecting data. We built out different products and services. We spoke to people on email. So it was very much a one email is sent to everyone.
Uh-huh.
We've started to collect that detail, build out those profiles. We've shown up in places unexpected. So we turned up on Netflix with Drive to Survive. Emily in Paris. Who knew Formula 1 was going to turn up in Emily in Paris? So we built those journeys over a period of time and personalized those across different channels. Especially on social. Social is one of our biggest growing areas. 1.6 billion social engagements in the first half of this year. That's 48% up from last year. So this is a world that's changing all the time, especially as our demographics change. 8 years ago, we had nearly, nearly all of our base was male over the age of 45. Now we've got 43% of our base is Are female, 42% under the age of 43, under the age of 34. So that is changing all the time and we have to change with that.
Amazing. That's incredible statistics and incredible growth. So now tell me, you have Marketing Cloud, you're a Contentful customer as well. What has been the unlock in how you are able to create experiences for all of your Formula 1 fans?
I think marketing is changing and how you convert, how you do engage and what engagement means. I don't know if anyone's seen the F1 booth downstairs in Agentic City.
I have.
It's our first foray into how do we build a conversational engine with our fans. Version 1 of that is, you know, ask us anything, just get that information from us. And all the articles from Contentful come through to us. We have a Salesforce agent reading those articles. You can converse with that to get the data you want. The next phase is going to be, well, how do we get people to log into that? How do we take parts of that conversation and contextualize our fan profile? How do we curate our content, our video content, our telemetry data, take that to a real-time position, feed that into loyalty? That's the kind of journey we're going on that's going to build that trust, that one-to-one relationship as opposed to one message to one segment. And that's where I think that game changer moment comes into play.
Amazing. Well, we can't wait to see all of this. Thank you so much for joining us today, Matt, and sharing your story. Everyone, please give Matt another round of applause. All right. So we have just taken you through chapter 1, really helping you improve how AI really understands and what they say it says about your brand. But to take us into the next chapter, I'm delighted to introduce my colleague, Natalie Mathis, onto the stage.
Thank you so much, Kim.
Natalie.
Hello, Dreamforce. How are we doing? Can we take a quick second and let's show some love for all of the marketers in the room. Let's give it up to marketers in the room. That's right, I want to hear some noise. Yes. Thank you for indulging me because I'm a marketer myself. So that means I spend a lot of my day-to-day in campaigns, planning, building, strategizing, In fact, you're sitting in one of our campaigns right now. I mean, of course, Dreamforce is a massive campaign, and we have a lot of campaign complexities. If you're a marketer, you know this drill. Campaigns are complex. There's always workflows going on, but you always have to make decisions. Every decision, every campaign brings on more workflows. So you're asking, who are you trying to reach across what channels, and what's the timing? And then all the pieces come together. Teams, tools, workflows, predefined paths, if-then logic. These are all things that marketers still deal with and still spend weeks in the campaign lifecycle process. So we think that there's a new opportunity for marketers. What if you could start to rethink the campaign lifecycle? So thinking about instead of building all of those predefined paths, you can think about how you maximize attention, free up strategy and creativity. So this is the opportunity. We want to help marketers move from predefined paths and manual bottlenecks and start thinking about how campaigns work with your goals. If you have an offer that's not converting, you need to determine how to reroute. If you have a customer that qualifies for 5 different campaigns, well, how do you get their attention? You are never measured on the number of messages you sent or variants you created. You're measured on pipeline, revenue growth, the things that move your business. So that's what we're going to talk about today. We're going to help you take your campaigns and have them actually continuously work towards your goals. I'm so excited to introduce our new campaign agent. Now, this is not your average campaign assistant. It works end-to-end in your flow of work. It creates on-brand, channel-ready content in a new agentic editing experience. It then assembles your campaign, choosing the right timing, message, and channel for every customer. Then it keeps working after launch. So it's actually going to be able to prioritize a campaign for every individual, even when that means not sending a message at all. All right. We have a customer who has actually been piloting with us with this new agent. Now, Under Armour probably needs no introduction. A lot of us in the room probably own something Under Armour, a massive global brand with over 50 million subscribers. Now, with that massive scale comes some complexities. Their teams were spending over 2 weeks to just get a campaign live. They were working through a lot of creative approvals and production bottlenecks, and so they needed to rethink And they turn to the campaign agent. They've gone in just the pilot, they've gone from hours to build an email to just minutes. Now, if it sounds too good to be true, I think we should go ahead and see this in a demo. So I'm going to go ahead and pass things over to Kristen and John in the demo booth. Now, John is actually one of the product leaders that built this agent, so I can't think of anyone better to show it to us. John, over to you.
Awesome. Thank you, Nat.
Thank you.
So I have been building products for marketers for over 16 years, and I could not be more proud and more excited to show you everything that our team has been hard at work building. And we're going to start here on the Under Armour website, and we can see just how complex a business Under Armour actually is. They are constantly launching new products, across multiple categories all of the time, all in service of their goal of making every athlete better. But let's say I'm a marketer at Under Armour and I need to launch a campaign for our brand new product, the Bouncy Tee. How do I go ahead? How do I get started? Well, the campaign agent is here to help. Now, normally when I'd be building a campaign, you'd see me in the segmentation UI or I'd be building out a multi-step customer journey. But here we're going to start with grounding, first with a marketing plan that is going to provide context into my overall business and every campaign that I'm going to be running. Next, we're going to add a brief specifically for the Bouncy Tea, and it's going to include information like the primary campaign goal, which is what the agent is going to use to optimize against. We're going to go ahead and throw in a natural language prompt with some additional instructions. And now the agent has everything it needs to go ahead and build this campaign alongside me. It's going to ask me if everything looks good, and if it's missing any information, it's going to ask me some follow-up questions. Like here, it wants to know just how much of my boss's money am I actually going to spend. And with this, now we have everything we need to go ahead and run this campaign. We have our duration, we have our channels, We're building an email-only campaign today, but the agent will work with every channel that Marketing Cloud supports. And again, here is the single most important piece of information on this page. We have our goal. Again, this is what the agent is going to use to optimize against. And before we can launch this campaign, there are a couple of things we've got to do, like finish generating this segment. And with the campaign agent, a segment isn't just a regular segment anymore. It's defining eligibility criteria. Not for who is exactly going to get this campaign, but who could receive this campaign. Because with adaptive campaign audiences, the agent is going to look at that eligibility across every individual and every campaign, prioritizing the best campaign for them based on their current context. And lastly, we have content because we can't have an amazing campaign without an amazing message. But the Bounce ET is a brand new product. And we need brand new content. So we're going to transfer over to the agent's content canvas. And the first thing that you're going to notice here is that all of that context that we've been building is available here as well, right down to that exact same campaign brief. We have additional grounding in the form of a brand so that we can make sure that all of the content that we're generating is compliant. And then going into pilot this October, we have a new connector with Contentful that is going to let us choose from an existing library of content to use as the foundation for all of the new content we're going to generate. We'll add in another natural language prompt, and let's start generating this content. And what you're seeing here is multiple email variations generating onto a single canvas. But this isn't a static image generation tool. This is a full-fledged builder experience. We can come in, we can see that we've got personalization baked in, and it's connected up to all the data sources that Marketing Cloud has access to. We have our code builder, everything you would expect from a modern marketing experience. But let's get back to that complexity of Under Armour, and the Bounce ET is going to launch in multiple markets, and we need to make sure that we have content available for every market. All right. We can do a translation right here with just a couple of clicks. Now, I'm a stereotypical American, and I don't think my high school French is going to get me very far in reviewing this content. So we can go ahead and we can tag in one of our colleagues to come and review this for us. But we've got a demo to keep moving. So we're going to go ahead, we're going to trust the AI, and we're going to publish this content. And as we publish that content, the agent is automatically going to pick it up and make it available Right within that campaign that we've already been building. We can scroll down and we can see that here. And now with our content in place, we can go ahead and we can activate our campaign. And our job is done, right? The campaign is live, everything is great. No. Well, luckily the agent is here not just to help us run and launch this campaign, or not just build this campaign, but to also run it. And remember, I didn't come in, I didn't build that step-by-step journey. So what actually has been happening here? Well, it all comes back down to that goal. And the agent has been busy in the background testing and learning to understand what it takes to meet that goal. And it's been making optimizations like showing more of the content that's working and less of the content that isn't. And we also have adaptive campaign audiences at play. And we can come in here and we can see that out of our eligible population, about 16% got sent to a different campaign. And we can scroll down and we can see exactly where they went. And they went to other campaigns. And with the campaign agent, you can build campaigns for a variety of goals, including event signups or promoting your loyalty program. And with that, we've seen how we've moved from a world of prebuilt campaigns to a place where we have an agent that is always on, helping us optimize and drive better performance. Back to you, Nat.
Thank you, John. What an amazing demo. Woo! I am so excited for this agent because I'm also selfishly very excited to use it at Salesforce. What you just saw is the new campaign agent in action. You saw how it can assemble campaigns, deciding what message, channel, and variant to send to each individual customer. You also saw a brand-new editing experience, channel-ready content, a trusted agent that's grounded in your brand. You also saw maybe even most exciting of all, which is campaign prioritization, so that the agent keeps working after launch and prioritizes for every customer. This is going to change the way you think about campaigns. And now that we've actually learned a little bit more about our approach, this new agent, you've maximized more attention. But how do you turn that attention into pipeline and revenue? Well, to take us into our 3rd and final chapter, I'm going to pass things over to my teammate, Matt Schultz.
Thank you. Thank you, Natalie. I feel like we've been getting progressively louder with each chapter here, so I would like us to take it up a notch. Big round of applause for both Natalie and John. Let me hear it. All right. So my name is Matt Schultz. And here at Salesforce, I am responsible for our integrated marketing and demand gen programs. And selfishly, I want to thank every single one of you in this room because event attendance is one of my KPIs and you're all making me look incredible right now. But jokes aside, as marketers, we have hundreds of numbers, but the big one for me is pipeline. And every single year I'm asked to create more of it. with the same team, who are fantastic, by the way, and the same resources. Now, as marketers, we're pretty incredible at creating demand, aren't we? I know you are. I've seen you all week. You're working the room, you're working these businesses. But we know that intent doesn't always appear where we expect it to across the customer journey. See, an account, it might light up. A new contact might appear, a new lead, a new signal of intent. See, creating the demand is only one piece of the puzzle. You need to be able to act on that intent in the moment. But this is something that we've always really struggled to do. And most Marketers, they feel like they can't respond to a new lead within 5 minutes. 93% of them, in fact. But what if you could? What if you could act in that moment when that intent appears? Well, now you can. Introducing to you all Piper and Hunter. Now, Piper and Hunter are going to make your B2B marketing programs more effective. Piper is your inbound pipe gen agent. She's working round the clock in any language, ready to speak to, to engage any lead that comes onto your digital property. And then there's Hunter. Hunter is cooking in the background. He's going through all of your account information, all of those campaigns that your customers are engaging with, and he's providing all of that rich context to your marketing and sales teams so they can move more early-stage opportunities along. Now, I'm going to regret doing this, but together, they're the ultimate one-two punch with that shared context driving one continuous motion. How do I know this? Because we've been using them here at Salesforce. Now, I want to tell you all a little story that might get me in trouble, but when I first took this job, I wanted to see what our outreach looked like for our prospects. So I went out there and I created a bunch of fake aliases and I submitted a bunch of false leads all over our digital properties. And obviously the marketing ops team were pretty stoked with me. But what I found was that the outreach that our customers were receiving was not as good as it could have been. And this is nothing against our SDRs. Like many of you, we have a pretty large product portfolio. There's not—
What?
There's no enablement in the world that can have those SDRs giving the type of outreach that we as marketers want them to do. But now with Piper, not only are we having more conversations with our customers, we're actually able to customize each of those interactions based on the intent in the moment in real time. And this actually frees up our SDRs.
Yeah.
Take on more high-value selling motions. So how's this worked for us? It's been incredible. We're seeing 2x the conversion rate that we're seeing prior to Piper, and it's making our teams more efficient. But instead of me talking to how we did it, why don't we show you? So we're going to welcome our demo drivers back here. We're going to jump into a little bit of a demo. Here we are in Marketing Cloud Next in the new Account Selection Center. And this has become the home base for our marketers to actually build and figure out what our ABM strategies are going to be. And why I love this is because some of the work's getting done for me. See, we're using AI to score every single account based on all of that intent signals that are coming into our system, which means identifying who we should be focused on, who we should be prioritizing. is way easier than it was before. So we can jump into our Tier 1 accounts and we can look at who our focus needs to be. And at the top of that list is QuadStar. But instead of me having to go dig through all that information, understand from the account record how we should be engaging this customer, I can just ask the Account Discovery Agent to do it for me and it'll provide me a summary of all of that rich information that we need to market better. But as we know, account-based marketing, it's a unified strategy where we're focused on targeting a multitude of buyers at an account in a cohesive way. We don't seem to have a buying committee on this record, but the account discovery agent suggests to us that we should create one and it does it for us. But we have a little bit of a problem. We don't seem to have an economic buyer within this option for us and It's pretty hard to close a deal if you don't have the money person around. The account, our agent can actually call on Hunter, and Hunter can look through all of our third-party data, and it can identify who that missing buyer is, and then we're able to add that to our buying committee. So now that we have our buying committee, what's next? We need to send them on a campaign. But instead of us trying to figure out what is perfect, the agent's actually able to provide us the right campaign for those prospects. Now, as marketers, once a campaign is live, what are we looking for? We're looking for intent because intent is a fire starter for deals. But the problem is the further from that intent that you get to acting, well, the chances of conversion, they get lower and lower. And lower. All right, come with me on this. It's 10 PM. The CMO of QuadStar is sitting at home burning the midnight oil, doing all of the things they couldn't get to in their 9 to 5. Does that sound familiar? When something happens, ding, the screen lights up, a notification. What is it? It's that email from the campaign that we just put them on. Now, she sees a solution she likes, but we all know how this story goes. You would click on this, you'd go to a website, you'd have a million questions, but there's no one there to answer them. So you shut your laptop. That moment of intent, it gets buried in tomorrow's inbox. But wait, now someone is there. See, instead of being ghosted, the Samo of QuadStar is met by Piper, who can help act on that intent in the moment. And I'm not going to tell you how she's going to do that. We're going to show you. So I'm going to kick it over to our CMO of QuadStar, Kristen McManus. Let's give her a round of applause.
Hi, how can I help you? I'm looking for an agentic marketing solution to help my teams focus more on strategy rather than execution. What do you have that can help me with that?
Marketing Cloud is built for that.
It brings together context, content, campaigns, and 2-way conversations so AI agents can help run execution while— Got it, got it. That sounds really perfect. I'm interested in a product demo. How can I get that set up? Nice. A demo is a great next step for this. Let me get the right flow started so you can set it up. To set up the demo, please type your email into the messenger for accuracy. And I'll take it from there. Thanks. I heard that.
One moment while I get that ready.
Please book a meeting with a Salesforce representative to walk through a demo and next steps. Let's see. I think I'm a little bit busy this week. Let's look at Monday. All right, done.
Okay.
Thanks.
I'm going to stop us right there because I want to walk through how incredible what you've just seen is. Now, Kristen, can we just scroll back to the top of what happened here? Not only is Piper able to understand the intent and provide a pretty sophisticated response, she's also able to turn that into a presentation. And because she's connected to your CRM, Your workflows, she's not just engaging, but she's moving that opportunity along by booking a meeting with a sales rep. This is efficiency that us as marketers have been chasing for forever, and now it's available to you. But the efficiencies, they don't end with the customer experience. We want your teams to be more efficient as well. And we mentioned that one-two punch before. Well, Hunter's already started cooking. See, that intent signal, that engagement with the CMO, Hunter's able to interpret that, understand that, and start to prep information for your sellers to meet that personalization that Piper provided with their accounts. Now, Hunter can look at all of your account, your contact information, other intent signals and campaigns related to that account, And it can package up all of the information that your reps need to be as effective as they can. And we're going to go up. I'm going to show you exactly what he's done here. He has created not just the contextual information, but a follow-up email for your reps to send about that meeting. There's a pre-meeting brief which he can use to make sure they're feeling confident before they walk in that door. And I think the best part, we all know our sellers are pretty good at filling out CRM. It's actually gone and created that opportunity for them so they don't have to. So we are creating efficiencies across the board that are going to help more of you turn intent into pipeline that converts. So let's double-click into what we've just seen here. Starting with our Account Discovery Agent. The Account Discovery Agent is going to enable your marketing and sales teams to move more of those early-stage opportunities along. On top of that, you've met her, you love her, it's Piper. Working 24/7 in any language, she's ready to capture, qualify, and book any intent that lands on your site. And then to make your reps and your marketing teams more effective, you've got Hunter digging through all of that rich data to provide that relevant contextualized information that's going to help you close more deals. And talking about closing the deal, we should welcome our groom and host for the day back to the stage, Eric Zehns, everyone.
That joke didn't get old in practice and it still isn't now. So Matt, thank you very much for that. What we've walked you through here are 3 ways that Marketing Cloud can help you excel under these new imperatives for growth. You may be asking yourselves, how do I put this into practice? Where do I go to learn more? How do I actually get started? Well, we thought ahead and we put some resources together behind this QR code. So if you go to this QR code, you're going to learn more about every capability we showed in this keynote, as well as other capabilities and prescriptive guidance on how to get started. If your dreamforce is still open and you want to learn more about the future of Marketing Cloud, right after this, you can head to the lounge and learn about the product roadmap. Finally, if you have more time after that, come join us in the campground and get your hands on with these features. So everything that you saw today came from our rich roadmap, and it's been informed with the conversations that we have with customers and partners. When I think about the broader community and the impact on that community, I think about our Trailblazers and our Marketing Champions. I want you to meet one of these Marketing Champions. Down here, we've got Aaron Duncan from Circante.
Hey.
Erin, it's good to see you.
Good to see you.
So for those of you that don't know Erin, Erin is a co-founder of the Agentic Marketing Community. She is an influencer and manager of our Kardashians, which are our B2B marketers. Some applause out there. So you have touched so many members of this community. What advice do you have for folks in the community to multiply their impact as marketers? What are you doing?
Yeah, I take any repetition, anything I'm going to do more than once or answer more than once as a signal to innovate, see how I can employ AI to take some of that grunt work, you know, aligning brand standards, being an FAQ resource so I can focus more on strategy and creativity.
Okay. Those are great tips. And as somebody that's pretty plugged into the product and been with us for so many years, what's one new capability that you think this audience needs to really know about?
Honestly, I mean, the marketing goals agent, you know, with that unified data and unified text, the marketing goals agent is going to do a lot of that repetitive work for your marketing and your campaigns team. And it's really going to help you personalize every step to your audience. So it's meeting them in the channels that they're at. It's personalizing the message to them. So it makes them feel like they are getting a message. truly crafted to them, and that's what customers are looking for.
That's a great answer. So we want to recognize you and your impact on the community. And so it is my pleasure to welcome Gilda here to award you with a golden hoodie.
Thank you.
Thank you, Aaron. All right. So everybody, thank Aaron.
All right.
Aaron wasn't the only winner today. There are 10 more of you out there. So if you look under your chairs right now, there may be a golden ticket. And in that golden ticket, there may be a gift card from either Under Armour or Formula 1, the 2 customers that we featured here today. Any winners out there? Any winners? All right, we got one. All right, we got one over here. Subtle. We got a couple over there. All right, congratulations to Aaron and all of our golden ticket winners. So with that, I want to thank you again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and from all of us at Marketing Cloud. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your Dreamforce.
Thank you.
