This is a short excerpt from a July 18, 2023 YouTube video titled "Accenture CMCO Jill Kramer shares her vision for the future with the help of AI." The speaker describes using AI to improve internal communications at Accenture by personalizing messages, clarifying what employees need to know and do daily, and managing multiple versions of communications.

One of the many things we're hoping to do with AI in the near future is to use it on our continued mission to improve the way we talk to the people of Accenture so that everybody gets a clear view of what they need to know and what they need to do each day. And AI is a critical component in our ability to highly personalize and then version out the communications that we create across Accenture.
