Call of Duty is not only our biggest game, but it's the biggest game being played right now. Millions of people, as we speak, are playing Call of Duty. We've been making video games for basically for the past 25 years. Everything from Pitfall all the way through games like Skylanders and Call of Duty, some of the biggest games that are in the business today. This particular year, one of the big game changers for us was to launch a completely new social experience.
It's gonna be a big shift for me as a cio. It's really enabling the organization to collaborate quickly, to share information quickly, and to give people the tools to do that. That's what I see as a big part of making sure that I enable the social enterprise.
We love our games. We love talking to gamers. We love engaging with gamers. We love solving their problems. What we weren't very good at is operationalizing that whole experience.
I think it's all about being personal, right? And interacting with the people the way they want to be interacted with. I personally don't like calling somewhere. I just hate hanging on a phone. Salesforce is going to give us the ability to not just take phone calls, but also interact with our gamers in ways that work for them. May that be Twitter, Facebook or an email. And I like that this is going to be one place, but for me, it's also a lot how we work together internally.
And so we're hoping that with chatter, as soon as that first person can't answer the question, we expose that customer problem to all of our smart people internally. We believe the swarming aspect for escalations is going to help solve problems faster. And ultimately when we patch games and we provide updates to the games, that it's based on actual real problems that we're hearing from gamers. By being a social enterprise and having greater insights into our individual customers, we're going to be able to tailor specific games for you.
It's a better way of doing certain things. It's an easier way of doing certain things because I believe it's going to enable and make us more efficient to work together.
