I'll tell you why. Salesforce isn't a nice to have, but it's a must have in terms of enabling your salespeople. We get to market much, much faster with tools that enable us to respond lightning fast and make a difference every day for our customers. Part of the challenge we had was that we really didn't have a very large mobile in terms of our sales reps ability to demo on a mobile device or sell on a mobile device. One of our business units had salespeople that lived by driving around with printed out lists, a lot of brochures in the trunk and they would just try to find somebody to talk to that's not exactly productive. So to us that meant we needed to come up with a mobile platform. We had to jump on this trend and it really started with the tip of the spear, which was our customers. When you can very quickly use something that is at your fingertips to move at the speed of sales, you're going to win, you're going to win more. That's powerful. The power of Salesforce one is it's reimagining work on a mobile device. We went from a process where the paperwork involved was like this to a truly mobile digital environment that enables us to capture leads through all their social networks. I can't think of anything as dramatic in my 25 years in the sales profession that's really advanced the cause as much as this has. We've built out an entire suite of custom mobile applications on the SalesforceOne platform and that's really helped revolutionize the way that our reps sell. Sales people work with prospects and customers to solve their problems and if they're sitting at their desk and filling out a bunch of information, they're not doing what they do best. We've been able to leapfrog everybody else in terms of showing up with what is a world class sales tool environment. Customers today expect you to be informed about their needs. In a world where information moves fast, you can't afford to waste their time. Our most productive salespeople are enabling this technology and using it every day. Think about the confidence a salesperson has when they walk into a meeting with a prospect, take out their iPad, they're able to demo, they're able to do a contract right on the iPad. Real time. There's no lost time going back to the office so they can sign the contract with the prospect right there. All within. Call it a 30 minute experience. You're not only selling me a technological solution, but you're also leveraging technology to actually sell to me. Having the power of salesforce in the palm of your hand at every given moment of the day is really enabling our reps to sell more and maximize their efficiency and their productivity. It really brings across the message that we are a technology leader and innovator in the industry. I don't think anyone could have vision that we'd be able to equip the typical salesperson with such an amazing tool. It's incredibly valuable to us.
