I've been working in customer service for over 30 years. Shock. It's crazy. And the thing that most excites me about Service Cloud is continuously learning and expanding the functionalities that are available in the Service cloud platform and using that knowledge to create solutions for my users. Thanks to AR in our contact center, we've been able to provide our users with a more streamlined case handling. Overall, it's saving them time whether we're interacting directly with a service agent or they're doing it through self service offerings. Hi, I'm Michelle Vose and I'm a service blazer.
