In this product demo, Rekha Srivatsan showcases Agentforce Coworker, an AI-powered personal assistant built directly into Salesforce. She explains how the tool consolidates data from email, calendar, Google Drive, and Salesforce to automatically prioritize a user’s day, surface critical tasks, and highlight risks and relationship gaps for high‑value opportunities. The demo also illustrates how the Coworker can handle admin tasks like monitoring data streams and creating alerts using plain‑language commands, and how it works seamlessly across desktop, mobile, Teams, ChatGPT, and Claude while respecting company permissions. The overall message is that Coworker turns fragmented context gathering into actionable insight, enabling salespeople to act as trusted advisors and freeing admins from manual monitoring.

Hi, I'm Rekha Srivatsan. Every morning, I start in Salesforce, just like all of you, to see what's going on with my customers and my pipeline. I usually walk from email, then I go to calendar, and then I go to Google Drive, and then I come right back here to Salesforce. Literally half my morning has just been getting that context together instead of actually getting anything done. That's why I'm so excited to show you the all-new Agentforce Coworker. Getting started, probably my favorite part because it's so simple. My admin can turn this on in less than 5 minutes. Coworker is your personal AI agent inside Salesforce. It understands your work, brings together the context you need, and can take action for you, powered by Data 360. It doesn't just help you find the work, it helps you do the work. Now, Watch what happens here. I just click Ask, what's important for me today? Coworker then looks across my calendar, my pipeline, email, Docs, Salesforce, all these places that I would normally go check myself, and boom, here's the day prioritized. What matters, why it matters, and what I should be doing next. So that's cool, right? But this is where it gets really, really interesting. I've got a 9 AM with a customer, 3 big opportunities, almost $1 million on the line. I better not screw this up, and I need to know what I need to do. What do I prioritize? What's at risk? Coworker has pulled together the account history in Salesforce, the recent emails, and also the relevant documents from Drive. It starts comparing with the similar deals that we've won, looks at the risks. The relationship gaps and actually tells me where to focus. It does not look just at the pipeline because it now found out that the customer has an open service case, a billing dispute from last week. Gosh, I probably would have missed that, but Coworker did not. It pulled the order history, the case notes. You walk into the customer meeting knowing everything about the customer, so you are now the trusted advisor for that customer. Already puts that account, that opportunity, in a much better place. Let me switch hats for a quick second to take on the role of a Salesforce admin to make sure that everything is working smoothly behind the scenes. I'm going to ask a question. How are my data streams working? But I don't want to keep checking for this manually. Can you create an alert when that stream fails? That's the kind of admin work I would love to hand off. The best part is, in all of this, I don't have to know which tool or agent to call— sales, service, Tableau. I just tell Coworkr what I'm trying to do in plain English, and it figures out the rest, exactly like how you would talk to your coworker right next to you. Now, that is what AI should be. Whether you're in Salesforce, desktop, mobile, Teams, ChatGPT, or Claude, you can take Coworkr with you. And this is what makes Coworker different. Because it's built into Salesforce, it understands your customers, your business data, your permissions, and the actions your company actually allows you to take. Your context, your surface, one Agentforce Coworker.
