Hi, my name is Sajibreet Singh and I'm working as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant at Cranberg. I want to share a few really important tips with you related to two superbatches as well as the Agent 4 Specialist certification that's part of this rail. So for superbatches, all the instruction and test regarding agent creation is provided in the text already, so make sure you read it properly and in case you're stuck somewhere, reference the help article that's related to the challenge so that you can eventually pass it in the advanced flow. For AgentForce Superbatch there is a challenge where you have to configure TV fund request flow and in that challenge you have to delete all the not required variables like Record ID product, ID refund number because these are not actually needed for the agent action creation and in case you add those then it will affect your experience so make sure you delete it before creating the agent action. Whenever you're configuring a variable, make sure that available for input and available for output property is set up properly because this controls the behavior of that variable to show in in the input and output side while configuring the action.
