With agentforce, marketers save time by using a trusted digital workforce to build end to end campaigns, all with simple natural language prompts. With AgentForce, you can create a campaign brief, email and segment using one prompt. You describe the campaign you want to create using everyday language and then the campaign agent does the rest. You can easily customize your agent to perform an automated sequence of tasks as it builds out your campaign and assets. To customize your agent, open up the Agent Agent Builder In Setup under Topics, you can see the tasks that are assigned to your agent. The agent is tasked with creating content such as drafting email body copy, pre headers and subject lines, or optimizing SMS message copy, as well as creating and summarizing campaigns and campaign briefs. You can also see the actions the agent can take, including saving campaigns, summarizing campaigns, generating briefs, and more. You can also preview the agent in the builder to test out any updates you made in the marketing app. You can upvote and downvote content your agent has created, which your team can review in the audit trail, and you can ask the agent to revise its outputs. Let's say you want to revise your target segment to include individuals who purchased your product within the last six months. You just tell AgentForce to make the update and it's reflected in the brief. Then ask AgentForce to create the campaign and draft an email. In the newly created campaign, you can tell AgentForce to build out the segment based on your original prompt. The agent pulls in the segment criteria from the campaign and creates a draft segment that you can use when targeting your customers in the email builder. You can also tell the agent to make updates to the email's tone, length and more. You can also set branding guidelines in the CMS that guide the agent as it drafts and edits copy, describing your brand's North Star and the default voice and tone of your brand. The agent then uses this guidance as it pings the LLM and drafts emails. The agent also pulls in brand guidance when drafting SMS copy, helping your messaging stay consistent across channels. As your campaign runs. Agentforce summarizes the campaign's performance, giving you daily actionable updates on the campaign and generating shareable updates so you can keep key stakeholders informed. And that's how with AgentForce, your team can save time and get to market faster. To get started, visit salesforce.com marketing AI.
