Pure natural language instructions to LLMs alone is insufficient. You need determinism to execute on workflow. So we redid our entire reasoning engine to now be able to do both natural language instruction and deterministic execution. It's a huge unlock for customers that are trying to really put agents to work, to really behave consistently and control their behavior. The role of the agent builder is going to be the most fascinating thing that happens this year. Everyone is going to become a builder. People are going to use these tools in entirely new ways. This headless architecture is really intended to make it easier for people to build on top of Salesforce, to build using all of these new agent capabilities, to use tools like Cloud Code, to use tools like Agentforce Vibes, to use our own Agentforce Builder capability to build these incredible experiences. And we really believe that the customer experience itself will never look the same again. And that is really our goal with Agentforce.
