Coffee? Of course, thank you. What's been the hardest part about being a Chief AI Officer? Keeping up with all of my agents. We have a bunch of agents at Zaster, and so the hardest part is that they work 365, 24/7. I think with more agents, we might be going into support next. That's a super common use case, and we get so many questions. Yeah, I think that would kind of be perfect for you guys. Yeah, people ask questions about SaaS advice, Zaster, coming to our next international event, so I think it'd be good. So what was the most challenging part about adopting Agentforce? You know, I'm gonna say the time that it usually takes to deploy an agent is typically a lot. It takes a lot of like forebearing and thought of what I want to do to deploy this agent. And training. And training for sure. But then it was made easier because we got an FTE in Salesforce. Yeah. And what do you think the 3 most important things are to make an AI project successful? Patience, dedication, and a whole lot of context. Yeah. And by context you mean making sure that it has enough data and guardrails and that you're really leading the agent in what to do. Exactly. So that every time your agent answers a customer or a prospect and reaches out to them, it's saying exactly what you want it to say every time. In the future, how do you want to manage them? You know, I'm so excited for 2 things mostly. One, prompt-building agents, and two, agents managing other agents. For me, I'm thinking that you're going to save a lot of time, but is there any other impacts? Yeah, I'm just so excited for the Agentic future and the impact it will have on our go-to-market team to enable them to build their own agents to do things autonomously. Thank you for the chat. Anytime, girl. I think they're ready for you though. Awesome, let's do it.
