Today there are 1.6 billion people around the world suffering from some sort of hearing loss.
A person that suffers hearing loss starts to be uncomfortable being with the others and tends to isolated.
Amplifon is the global leader in hearing care retail. Our mission is to help people rediscover all the emotions of sound. We do it through our people.
The role of the audiologist for Amplifon is not just important, it's critical.
The audiologists are the one that makes the magic, that makes the difference and really change people's lives. We chose the Salesforce to become a strong platform for us.
The challenge that we have is to to give to our audiologists more time to dedicate to giving the customer the best service possible. Amplifon believes that technology is part of the solution. AgentForce is fully integrated into Salesforce platform. It's just a matter of deciding which is the piece of the process that you want to delegate to AgentForce and then it's done.
The first case that we are already doing together with agentforce is to optimize the schedule in order for the audiologist and the customer to have the best lot in the agenda at the right moment.
In parallel, AgentForce can autonomously interact with the customer getting feedback on the use of the hearing aid.
It's exactly like having a digital workforce that can truly nurture the relationship between the customer and the audiologist. 24 7.
I see a lot of opportunities. We have just started the journey to build the Amplifon of the future.
AgentForce will empower our audiologists to be much, much more human, to take the time to take care of their customer from a medical and human side. And for us it's truly important because for us it's not just about hearing, it's about the life of our custom.
