BACA Uses AI to Do the Heavy Lifting of Sales | Salesforce

With AI data and CRM, we're able to empower our employees to make decisions faster. Powered by trust, Salesforce isn't just a platform for large companies. We're a small business and we produce high tech cutting equipment and polishing equipment for stone countertop manufacturers across the United States. Robotics are awesome at helping people do mundane tasks that really aren't good for the human body. Being able to use a robot to do those helps humans be able to to do more. As we're moving into the world of AI, we've actually already implemented and been writing sales emails with the generative AI functionality from Einstein and Salesforce. One of the things that was actually really surprising for us is how Salesforce helps our users to become more focused on what is value add from them. That allows our sales teams to focus really on spending time with our customers rather than spending time writing one off emails to prospects. Saving time is critical. Saving me 15 minutes multiplies exponentially when you think about what I can do at that additional time. Salesforce is game changing and allows us to really drive forward into the future.
