The first question all of us ask each other is how are you doing? And it's not a rhetorical question. You can't take care of anybody if you haven't taken care of yourself. We call it work from home, but sometimes it feels like we live at work. This has not been easy. And so it starts with self care. And then for leaders it also starts by leading by example and letting everybody know vacation is important, recharging is important and you need to take that time and we want you to take that time. It's a whole new way of trying to stay connected, to celebrate things that are working well and that are making us smile about our successes. So it's been a difficult, difficult human experience for all of us. But I think we've learned some valuable things about being a more empathetic and more human workplace for all of us.
