Hi there, Adrithi from HubSpot here. Your email signature is a really powerful way for you to leave a long lasting impression on your email recipient. It's actually your digital business card. Your digital business card is going to be the place where people go to find out more about you, your contact information, your business information, your business logo. So if you really think about it, this email signature is a really great way to even build brand awareness. Now more than anything, I think an email signature is also a really great way to build trust. By putting in your email signature that's professional and even a bit personal, you're really conveying to your recipient that, hey, you're a real person, you're not a bot, and you're going to engage with them in a human and helpful way. If you're ready to create a professional yet personal email signature, click the link in the description box and follow along. Once I click into that link in the description box, I'll be taken to this webpage where I'm able to create my signature. Click Create my Signature. You'll be able to toggle between which language you want to create your email signature in. I'm going to choose English, but you also have options for German, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Japanese. So hopefully we got you covered there. The next thing you need to do is choose the template that you want to use. So we have six templates here and if you click into them, you'll be able to see a sample on the right hand side. Now, I'm going to be honest, a lot of hubspotters use template number one and template number three. But make sure you check out all of them and choose the one you like the most. I am going to use template number three. Once I've selected my template, I'm going to head on over to Details or where I fill out the information that I have in my email signature. And I do just want to mention that if you don't want to input one of these, that's totally okay. Nothing is mandatory here. Something else that I love about this email signature is that you can actually input your social links. Fun fact, Instagram is actually the most used social link in an email signature. But you can add in your LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, which is now X and Instagram accounts right here. And the cool thing is as I add them, you can actually see the little icons start to pop up. It looks so professional now. Another reason that I love having these icons here, besides how professional it looks, is that now I'm giving my email recipients another Way to get in contact with me. This custom field is of course completely optional, and I've seen a lot of people use it in some really interesting ways. You can use it to phonetically spell out your name. You can. You can use it for your pronouns. You can even use it for confidentiality agreements. Depending on your industry, putting in disclaimers about confidentiality might be important, so this is a perfect place to put it. By putting it in the custom field, you're ensuring that it is sent with every single email you send, so there's no confusion. Once I'm done with my details, I'm going to go ahead and click into styles so I can edit the style of my signature Here I can edit my theme colors, text color and link color. Those look good. And I can also edit the font and font size. Once I've stylized my signature enough, I'm going to go ahead and click images here. I'll be able to upload my custom signature image so I can do that from Google Drive. But I will say that due to recent changes, Google Drive hasn't actually been displaying the images correctly in our generator. So for optimal results, you might want to consider hosting your image on the HubSpot File Manager or or even something like Dropbox. All I need to do is paste in my photo and it pops right up and it looks great like that. I can do the same for my company logo. The best part about this email signature is that on the right hand side it shows you what it's going to look like in real time. So if I realize I don't actually like that company logo there, that's not a problem because I can just delete it and no harm, no foul. One thing to note is that the images that you upload should not exceed 3 MB. Another thing that I love to add in signatures is a custom cta. Now here you can add something like listen to this podcast I was just on or a lot of sales folks choose to add their meetings link, so that way anytime they email anyone they know how to book a meeting with them. You can also do something like hey, did you hear about this event? Sign up for it here. If you are interested in putting in the meeting link in your signature, make sure to watch Our Meeting Scheduler YouTube video linked in our description box. I'm going to add a pretty simple CTA and say check out HubSpot Academy. Now as you'll note it shows up in this purple box. I can always edit the color and the text color as well. If I don't like this purple box entirely. I can actually upload my own CTA image so it's a little more personalized. Looks good to me. Once this looks good, I'm going to go ahead and click Create Signature, answer a couple questions, and then this is what it's going to look like. Now, I have a couple of options here. I can copy my signature and I can either add it to my HubSpot account, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or Apple. And just a quick disclaimer. Depending on what email client you're using, the process of adding this in your signature might look a little different. I can also copy the signature source code, and a really cool option here is I can actually email it to my colleagues. Emailing this to your colleagues ensures that you're saving time, and it also makes sure that your brand is consistent throughout. Okay, so let's go ahead and add this to our Gmail account. I'm going to click Copy Signature. To add this to your Google account, simply hit the settings icon in the top right and then click See All Settings. I'm going to scroll down to Signature. I'm going to take my current signature, delete it, and paste in my new one. You'll see my images rendered correctly. All my information is correct. Those social icons are here and so is my CTA image. This looks great. And now you can see when I pull up an email, ready to send, my email signature is there in all its glory. All right, folks, if you're as impressed with the HubSpot free email signature Generator, what are you waiting for?
