Hi, my name's Sean and I'm here from the product team of HubSpot's commerce hub. I'd like to give a quick overview of payment links and how you can use them to power payments for your business. A payment link is a fast and easy way to accept both one time and recurring payments. It's as easy as creating a link, sharing it with your customers, and getting paid. I'll go ahead and create a payment link from the payment link page. You can also do this from any deal contact or company record. When you start creating a payment link, you can select from your product library or create a custom line item. I'll select a product from my library and give the payment link a name. If you need to make any changes, you can do that using this table and you have some other options available under the line item name here. You can change the name of the line item, you can update the price, the billing frequency, and you have a host of other flexibility under the Options menu here. If you want to allow a customer to edit the quantity of a given line item, you can select that box here. If you want to make a line item optional or a la carte, you can do that with this checkbox here. And if you want to allow a buyer to enter the amount they'd like to pay for use cases like donations, you can do that as well. The possibilities are endless. I'm going to keep it simple here and click Save. Once you're all set with your line items, you can configure what you need in settings. These settings pull from your payment link default settings, but can always be overwritten. Payment links can be used on your existing deals, but you can also have them create new deals if you'd like. If you want to add additional content in checkout, you can do that here. If you want to offer discount codes to your buyers, you can toggle those on and configure as many discount codes as you'd like. And if you need to collect additional information as your customer purchases, you can collect contact and company properties and HubSpot CRM will update automatically. When you're all set on settings, you can preview the link so you understand what the checkout experience will look like. You can see that the checkout experience already matches my brand colors, and that checkout is optimized across any device your buyer decides to use, whether it's on a desktop computer or a mobile phone. Go ahead and create the payment link. Boom. We did it. Now for the fun part, getting paid, you can copy this link and share it with your customers. You can send it in an email, you can add it onto your website or include in a HubSpot form or meeting. Sell anything you want, anywhere you want. So what are you waiting for? How are you and your business going to start selling with payment links? Go ahead and get started. We're looking forward to seeing what you sell.
