A short conversational clip introducing Agentforce City (from a YouTube video). Two speakers describe Agentforce as a system of agents that recommend classes, customize journeys, enable continuous learning, streamline upgrades, and provide personalized shopping to help customers automate tasks and increase productivity. The exchange ends with a light promotional aside about collectible pins and an example of a satisfied customer.

So what are we supposed to do in agentforce City?
Oh, learn how agentforce turns businesses into Agenda Enterprise.
Wait, what?
Okay, think of it as agents that can recommend classes, customize journeys, continuous learning, streamlined upgrades, and personalized shopping.
So AgentForce helps customers automate tasks to be more productive?
Yes. Oh, and you get these pins.
What? You should have led with that. These are so cute.
And look, a happy customer.
Yeah, I got them all.
Hey, those are for customers.
