Drive Customer Loyalty with Agentic Ai | Automotive Keynote, Dreamforce 2026

Salesforce VP Zoran Lozowski argues that dealers, not brands, drive loyalty, and that vehicle owners staying 12.8 years on average are switching brands after purchase. The keynote showcases Agentforce AI agents that automate service, warranty, and inventory tasks across dealerships. Nissan's Signature Flex lease program cut friction and boosted revenue using the platform.

Please welcome Vice President, Automotive Sales Force, Zoran Lozowski.
Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. My name is Zoran, and this is the automotive keynote at Dreamforce 2026. Give yourselves a round of applause for making it after the show last night, right? Yes? I wanna start off by saying thank you. We are so grateful to have partnered with so many of you in this room across the industry and how you build, sell, finance, distribute, and ultimately build lifelong relationships with your customers. Without you, none of this would be possible, and for that, we're very grateful. Again, another round of applause for yourselves. Thank you. I remember almost like it was yesterday. It was effectively 27 years ago when I had my first new vehicle buying experience. There's a friend of my father's, David. He was a salesperson at the Ford dealership. So it was a really easy conversation. Family friend, friend of my father's, and we liked each other. We got— we hit it off. So this was the first car that I purchased. Everybody remember the black and tan Eddie Bauer Expedition?
Right?
It's everything that a single 20-something-year-old needed to survive in suburbia, Southeast Michigan, right? That's everything. This is exactly what we needed. It was— but before David had retired, I'd gone on to purchase 2 more vehicles from him, and they weren't Ford. Actually, both of those vehicles were different brands. And that's when I realized I wasn't loyal to the badging that was on the grill or on the hood. I was loyal to David. Every time I called, every time something that went wrong with this car, the first car, an annoying rattle, check engine light comes on, we've had those, we don't even know what it means.
It's—
there's a light, recall notice. I called David. I didn't call the dealership main line or a service advisor. I called him.
Why?
'Cause he always picked up the phone, he was always there, and he always made sure that I was taken care of. And that's when I realized it was him, it wasn't the brand, it was the experience and how I felt. I was seen, I was heard, and I felt important. And that mattered to me. So we're gonna show you a vision today. What if we could take every single opportunity of an interaction And use that as a driver for brand loyalty and revenue. Imagine what if. I had that car, the first one, for a really long time, 240,000 miles. Yes, some things went wrong, but guess what? David always made sure everything was taken care of. This vision, however, is not without its own headwinds. What does that mean? Margins are being squeezed from every single direction. You got labor and material costs that are going up. You have tariffs that are now part of the conversation. Do you get tax credits? Do you not get tax credits? Right. EV price wars. No one's winning those.
Right.
It's just happening. We're watching it happen around us. Meanwhile, the average age of a passenger vehicle— this includes cars and light trucks— just hit a record high. 13, almost 13 years, 12.8 years to be exact. What does that mean? That means that sale is happening less frequently. Not only is it happening less frequently, these owners, 53% of them have already decided that they're going to go to another brand. They will purchase another vehicle, not yours, your competitors. Why is that? What are these signals that that this survey picked up on that we didn't know about ahead of time? We should have known. We should have seen it. So what are they? The answer is simple. The execution is hard. Comes down to. Excellent customer service every single time. Vehicle service, customer service, service in the sales lifecycle. People want to be seen, they want to be heard, they want to feel important. Let's get right down to it. I cannot believe that I've gone this long and haven't used 2 words, agent or AI, right? It's time. It's time, right? And we have to talk about it because it is one of the most important innovations that is impacting our industry today. It's going to deliver the scale to meet your customers where they are, when they need you, like David did, but not just one at a time because he happens to be a family friend. All of them, all of your customers. We're talking about delivering a full-scale service-forward agentic enterprise. What is that going to mean? That is going to allow you to shift your businesses from not just the sale, but increasing that revenue share around delivering that service and after-sales service, continue to drive revenue and brand loyalty. So how do we achieve this? Well, here's the good news. We're going to show you. With that, I'd like to welcome our Director of Product Marketing, Piper Sullivan, up to the stage to show us how we're going to achieve this. Piper.
Hi, Saurabh.
Good to see you.
Thank you. You know, before I leave, I've got a couple of questions.
Sure.
I told my story about my first car. What about yours?
Well, I'll never forget it. So my dad and I were driving down the street in a big pickup truck, and we saw a for sale sign on a red Nissan NX 1600. So we turned around, we test drove it, and my dad and I both shared a belief that life should really be lived to the fullest. So him buying me that car was kind of a passing of the baton. It was time for his girl to go and live her life really to the fullest. And so my dad and that car are no longer with us, but those memories I definitely cherish.
Think about that, how she felt, right? I want a show of hands. I'm going to go off script and freak Piper out a little bit. I want a show of hands in the room. How many of us remember the last maintenance event on any one of our vehicles firsthand? Not where you had your significant other take care of it, make it go away, but you were involved personally. How many of us remember the last time we had our vehicle? Show of hands, please.
A lot of hands.
Okay. All right. Keep them up. Keep them up for a second. Keep them up.
All right.
How many of you remember how you felt? Everyone. How many of you remember the exact dollar amount? See what I mean?
Fewer hands on that one. Right?
Owning and buying a vehicle— buying and owning a vehicle is a deeply personal— it's a very personal connection. It happens to be the 2nd most expensive asset you will own after your house. It also is the most important or most expensive consumer good that most households will buy. I would submit to this room that not only setting the statistical side of it aside, they define the seasons of your life. What do you think about that?
Well, at 16, I rode in a red car with T-tops and a hatchback, and today I drive a black minivan.
Exciting.
So I think it definitely defines a season of my life.
Yes. With that, Viper, please take us away.
Thank you so much, Soren. Okay, we are witnessing a fundamental transformation when it comes to Identic AI. We have reached a point where probabilistic intelligence meets deterministic execution, and let me give you an example. So think about the fuel tank in your car. The fuel sensor physically measures how much fuel is in your tank. No guessing. 3 gallons is 3 gallons. But what about the miles to empty? That's probabilistic. That's a best guess. Now notice how the best guess relies on the deterministic hard fact. You can't know how many miles you have left if you don't know how much fuel is in the tank. And without that context, your AI could be making very high-risk best guesses with your business. And that's why you need a single platform that can handle both context and intelligence, and that is exactly what Salesforce delivers to help you build your agentic automotive enterprise. So let me walk you through it. We'll start with Data 360. Now, at many organizations, people are still having their data siloed, but not with Data 360. It helps you harmonize and integrate all of your data. And actually, later on in the show today, we're going to see where breaking down those silos actually generated an entire new revenue stream. So I'm excited for you to see that. Next, we have Customer 360. This is where you activate on your data. This is also where Automotive Cloud comes into place. It's purpose-built for exactly your needs so that you can activate on that data quickly. We have Agentforce, of course. This is where you deploy those agents to take care of that monotonous work so that your team members can focus on what's really important. And finally, the big news of Dreamforce, headless operations, being able to do all of this on any interface that works for you, whether that's Slack, maybe it's Teams, maybe it's Claude, whatever works for you. All of that's happening with AI Force. So as Zoran mentioned, the fastest path to value on all of this is service. And that brings us back to our original vision, which is creating loyalty and revenue with the agentic automotive enterprise. And to tell us more about that, I'd like to invite Rajani Sina to the stage. Welcome, Rajani.
Thank you, Piper. So think about a time when you were with a business and they truly just knew you. Without you even asking, they understood your needs. That's a moment that builds loyalty. And we in automotive believe that that moment of loyalty is not built at the headquarters, at the OEMs of captives. It's built at the dealership. It's built at the service bay. It's built at the counter, at the dealer lot, all the places that your customer interacts with the dealership. And all of you OEMs and captives here in this room and beyond, you know that you have hundreds of dealerships to support, thousands of data points, and it is not easy to understand which dealer needs what kind of support when. So imagine a field service rep that's planning their visit for the week. They have all the data points that they need. There's performance reports, there's KPIs, there's past visit conversations. All of those are available. But they are so many to go through that they spend hours understanding which dealership needs what kind of support. So the hours are spent on understanding the report and the data, and that's hours away from them visiting the dealership. So what we decided to do in Salesforce was we built this visit management agent that is within the automotive context. It's sitting on your dealership data. And what it does is it looks at all that data and it gathers the signals, it gathers the insights which is missing today within seconds so that your field service manager can prepare better the visit, understand what points he needs to be talking about with which dealer, and then be more personalized in each and every interaction with the dealer. Someone may need help with performance, someone may need help with training, somebody else may be looking for help in what is an active program out there. And our vision is to support the whole lifecycle from prepping for the visit to actually supporting the field service manager during the visit, Post-visit to capture what happened, and then finally capture the next steps. And then we are not just stopping there. We are also launching the mobile app for that. We know all our field service managers are out there on the road, and the last thing they want to do is open a laptop when they come back to the hotel or their home and then start typing all the notes and remember, try to remember everything that they went through. during the visits. So with this mobile app, it's voice-to-text. They can capture— they can just speak to it, and it captures the intent. It captures the next steps, the action items, and that should be coming out later this year. So we are very excited about that. So what is important is what we built, but what is more important is how we built it. It was not a generic AI. We worked with customers to understand their pain points, where they were wasting most of their energy, where their challenges lie, and what they wanted improved. And that led to this building of this agent. So I would not just like to talk about it. I'd like that we invite Nissan on stage so that they can share how this partnership came about, And then also how Nissan sees value in this agent for their teams. So I'd like to invite the Salesforce platform leader from Nissan, Kevin Smith.
Thank you.
So welcome, Kevin.
Thank you very much.
Thank you. Thank you for being here. Did you catch the concert last night?
I did last night. I loved the concert. Dreamfest is always the highlight of the week.
So that's awesome, and I know, I think we both lost our voice a little bit after that. So Kevin, I just, you know, everyone out here knows about Nissan, but we would love to have an insider's perspective on your brand's vision as well as your role in Nissan.
Yeah, sure. So at Nissan, we aim to enrich lives around innovative vehicles and mobility services. We strive to design around real practical lifestyles and, you know, provide customer experience that enhance the brand. In my role, I create and design services, solutions, and capabilities, not for the sake of technology, but because it makes it more rewarding for customers to engage with our brand.
Very impressive. So I also painted a picture of an industry challenge of what we are facing, but we would love to understand Nissan's perspective on that. How do your field service managers— what challenges do they have today?
Yeah, it's a big challenge. So as you can imagine, dealer visit prep is one of those activities that can take a long time and a lot of effort. We have so much data available to us today, it's hard to extract the right insights to create meaningful conversations. So going forward, instead of having our field travelers go out and search for, look for problems and opportunities, we're looking for agents to surface those insights so we can create meaningful conversations with the dealers at the right time in that moment.
That's awesome. So this sounds like a perfect opportunity to use an agent.
Yeah, in fact, you know, we're partnering with Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineers to implement a visit management agent. The goal of this agent is to assist or, you know, look at our data, look at the context of our data, and help to determine which dealers need our help and when. We want these agents to be able to provide the insights to our field team, without needing to ask.
Thank you. And shout out to Phil Howard and Lisa. They are the demo drivers. As we are talking through these, you can see on the screen the amazing innovations that we have done in this space. So, Kevin, you know, we see a lot of AI initiatives stall because there is a trust issue. So what are you doing in Nissan to gain this trust so that people can use that agent?
Yeah, it's a great question. So our goal is to implement agents in the context of the way people work today already. We're gonna use a crawl, walk, run approach to build that trust, you know, building up the trust as time goes by. And, you know, our field teams will see the agents providing the right information for the right dealerships at the right time. So when you build tools around the way people already think about their day, they don't need convincing. The adoption's easy.
That's amazing. That's the way to go. So now if I take a step back, prepping for the visit, supporting during the visit, taking post-visit notes, et cetera. So that's a holistic view. What do you hope to gain out of all of this?
Yeah, so everything we've been talking about so far is assistive, where the agent will assist our field travelers to have the right conversations with the dealers. Going forward, our priority is autonomous agents. We want the agents to proactively identify data, identify actions, and be able to proactively escalate issues and concerns. So they don't need to ask, that will be provided to them. And it'll also be more effective for them as well.
So highlighting and surfacing all the actionable insights. That's awesome. And we are talking about servicing the dealers or servicing B2B. How does that translate to a better customer experience in your opinion?
Yeah, so first thing I'll say is, We're also looking at the agent and the mobile app.
Yes.
So that's going to help as well. We want to basically streamline the entire process end to end. So for our field, that includes preparation, it includes execution, includes note-taking and follow-up. So that can all be done in one place. And then beyond that, if you have the right product coverage, you have the right inventory, you have the right options and programs available to them, that's what really builds customer experience.
That's awesome. Thank you so much, Kevin, for being here today.
Thank you.
So what you just saw was just a glimpse of what is possible today and is coming this year in Automotive Cloud. But to talk about all the other amazing innovations, let's invite Vijay on the stage.
Thank you so much, Rajni. Wow, we just saw Nissan using an agent to really enhance their dealer visit experience using Automotive Cloud. So with Automotive Cloud, our goal is to accelerate every automotive journey and become an agentic enterprise so that humans and agents drive automotive revenue and customer loyalty together. As Piper mentioned earlier, Automotive Cloud is our purpose-built CRM designed to help OEMs, dealers, and captive finance organizations transform their vehicle data into business value. For the last 27 years, we at Salesforce have had one focus— connecting you with your customers. Today, that focus takes a new form. So everything I just described about becoming an agentic enterprise, we have turned into solutions that you can deploy. These are not concepts. These are not roadmap items. These are innovations that are live or arriving this year, built on the Salesforce for Automotive and shaped for the way automotive industry runs. Again, from OEMs to dealers to captive finance organizations and even for the drivers. So let me walk you through a few of these key innovations. So talking about the first innovation, it starts with where your people actually work, which is almost never at a desk. Your sales and service teams live on the lot, in the service bay, and face-to-face with the customer. This is where we are bringing Automotive Cloud to them right there. As you saw with Rajni and Kevin from Nissan, our next-generation automotive mobile app puts agent force voice-enabled, fully loaded visit management in their hands on their mobile with various other sales and service capabilities like inspections, service appointments, and inventory checks to follow. So no laptops, no waiting back to get to a desk to log what they found. What this means? More time with customers and less time catching up on paperwork. Moving on to the next innovation, from the lot to the sale, customers need answers and next steps. without waiting for the sales teams to piece everything together. This is where in the last couple of releases, we introduced Agentforce Sales Concierge for employees. This particular agent today, what it does is it helps you find the right vehicle and the accessories, helps you generate a quick quote, as well as arrange test drives, and trade-in appraisals. Now we are extending the same agent beyond employees to customers and partners, helping move the deal forward wherever the journey begins. And we really think this matters because your customers expect one brand and one experience, whether they walk into the showroom or they start their journey online at midnight. Next innovation is about repossession. Repossession today is fragmented. Specialists juggle through disconnected systems and repeat manual compliance checks across spreadsheets and side channels. This is where at Automotive Cloud, we have unified this whole lifecycle onto one single platform. Single platform, from pre-repossession checks to coordinating with recovery agencies, skip tracing, vehicle tracking, and managing holds when the customer resolves delinquency. All of that built into Automotive Cloud. It's a single system of record and workflow that your teams can take it further to help recover vehicles faster, at the same time enforce compliance at every critical stage. Next in line, we are talking about the innovation related to warranty, one of the most manual and costly processes in our industry. So finding a claim status today or covering, checking, confirming the vehicle or parts coverages should not mean going through multiple records. So Automotive Warranty Claims Assistance Agent answers those questions directly. And furthermore, with AI Force, teams can work with the same agent inside Salesforce, Slack, or MS Teams without leaving their daily workspace. So what this particular agent does, it finds a particular claim based on customer or claim number, provides a 360-degree view of the claim and the claim item loaded with rich insights, as well as checks the vehicle and parts coverage. And we are not stopping here. We're going further with Warranty Claims Adjudication Agent. This particular assistant, it summarizes the queue volumes for the adjudicators, prioritizes the open claims, and uses claim and asset history to weave or flag potential fraud patterns. So this will help adjudicators focus on the claims that need attention first while keeping the final decisions with them. Next innovation is about service. Service is where customer loyalty is earned. And it's where agents change the economics of your business. But every manual step between a service request and a repair keeps the customer waiting. So this is where, again, Automotive Asset Service Management agent comes to the rescue. This particular agent, it uses vehicle service needs, pricing, relevant active coverages, and spins up a service quote. Not just it, it also turns an accepted quote into a work order seamlessly without any context switching or having to go to multiple systems. Not just this, in the service arena, we have built a number of OEM and dealer-specific service processes many of you asked us for. As ready-to-deploy templates. Recall inquiries, service appointment booking, warranty parts return, goodwill repairs, and many more in the pipeline. These everyday workflows make service faster and consistent, giving our customers a very good reason for them to return. And finally, inventory. When the stock is short, This is where teams need to know where to source it and how much to request for. So AgingForce Inventory Management is generally available today. In one conversation, teams can go through, search inventories across locations, and use AI-assisted, AI-recommended source locations and quantities to create product transfer requests intelligently. And here also, we are not stopping with just the inventory agent. We are going further with inventory-based selling for the parts and vehicles. What this means is dealers and sales reps can now quote or order a specific VIN or a serialized asset with pricing based on its condition and configuration, plus support for accessories and bundles. This will help them sell the exact unit the customer is looking for at the right price. So what you saw just now were 6 powerful innovations, and all of this is something which is either an agent or a process you can turn on today on a platform which you already trust, which is Automotive Cloud. But you should not just take my word for it. This is where I'll invite Jay Marshall to show you Automotive Cloud in action. Thank you, and over to you, Jay.
Thanks, Vijeta. I made up the steps. That was the most scary part, just so you all know. So quick question. We've been showing Electra Motors. Who here is familiar with our fictitious auto company?
Electra Motors.
Okay, most folks. Cool. What you see on the screen right here is a very passionate customer of Electra Motors named Rachel. As we can see, she's a big fan of her 2023 Electra Megavolt Sport. She loves this vehicle. Like Zoran mentioned before, even our most loved vehicles have issues sometimes, right? And so those issues effectively turn into a time tax for everybody. For the driver, obviously they can lose their vehicle for a while. They have to call in to schedule for service. For the dealer, they got to find the parts, look up warranty, find a service bay. And then obviously this takes time for everybody and costs money. But what if we could flip the script? Okay, now obviously connected vehicles sending a message to a cell phone isn't necessarily anything new, but let's take a little bit of a deeper look into this particular message. So we're getting complete and total transparency for Rachel directly inside the Right. We can see an inverter cooling system issue. We can see the $3,500 crisis has been averted. We can see it's going to cost her $0. Rachel feels informed and she feels in control, right? But the data to actually deliver a seemingly simple message like this would be a pretty big problem for most large enterprises. So what we're going to show you today is how purpose-built agents inside of Agentforce can help solve for this exact issue. And we want to do it inside the Salesforce console so that you can see how this reasoning is actually going to take place. So Lisa's going to help us out over here. Hey, someone yelled for Phil before. Can someone yell? Thank you. Okay, thank you. Anyway, so— So you can see Lisa has a Veagle 360 dashboard up already here for Rachel's exact Megavolt Sport. We can see the same DTC event. And we're gonna start by asking questions to say, what exactly is up with this DTC event? Now, when we get the response code here, we'll see it's pretty similar to what Rachel got on her phone, right? We can see it's a non-critical issue, which is good. If it was more critical, it might change how we interact with Rachel, correct? But now we, of course, want to see which parts are going to help us fix for this issue. And what we'll see here is where Agentforce actually uses the probabilistic logic that Piper talked about earlier on. Based on this exact vehicle miles, it'll look at things like knowledge base articles, service history records, telematics to infer the most probable parts to fix for this issue. We can see a water pump, we can see inverter valve hose and find out which ones. It even knows we probably care about inventory, right? So of course, yes, we want to know about inventory, but we also want to know about things like labor and warranty. And that's where Agentforce will use more of the Deterministic logic, right? Use things like Salesforce flows, APIs to external systems, figure out labor rates, hours, of course warranty. We can see that Rachel is covered here. But also, when you look and you look at the actual inventory, only 2 of the 3 parts were available in Rachel's preferred service dealer in Cool Springs. But it did find out that that 3rd one's available in the national regional distribution center in And even asks us if we would like for it to be relocated, to which we can say yes. And the part will actually show up tomorrow in Cool Springs for the appointment. Okay. So obviously, a human wouldn't have to type all of this in. Again, we want to kind of illustrate the reasoning. This is an example of where, again, executing all of this headlessly with AI for us and delivering it to Rachel's phone is how this would actually be delivered. And speaking of Rachel's phone, all Rachel has to do now is select her desired time and, and, uh, and date, of course, and show up for her appointment and everything ready to take care of. So when you combine probabilistic AI with deterministic automotive data, you can solve for the entire service lifecycle. Okay, you're reducing friction for the customer, you're preserving all that awesome service revenue for the dealer, And you're doing stopping the revenue leakage for the OEM by solving the solution earlier. Okay, and in the meantime, capturing that customer, making them that much more likely to buy their next vehicle from you. So that's proactive service brought to you by Agent Force. And with that, I'll turn it back over to Zoran to bring us home.
Thanks, everybody. Great. Thank you, Jay. That was great. That was great. What's ironic is we're talking about headless, but there's a giant head floating above me, which is a little bit weird, right? And by the way, love you, Phil. Let's give it up for Lisa, right?
Come on.
So what do we see, right? If nothing else, we saw 3 things. We saw these smart tools being able to find, the information that it needed, the data that, that was necessary to complete the task, reason through what it found, what it needs remaining to complete that task on that whole journey, and then 3, act. If you take nothing else, agents and these smart tools are going to need to be able to do 3 things: find, reason, act. And that's where AI Force comes in. AI Force— what we've done, what Salesforce has done, is decoupled the UI and the browser interface from the 27 years of expertise and trust in the data model that are built into the system. Meeting the customers where they are. Gone are the days of being confined to a singular interface or multiple systems. What you can do now is allow your agents to do the work in the system wherever your employees, your associates, your customers are. in the experiences you want to deliver, right? In the— in an industry that is shifting completely towards service, we talk about things that go wrong with vehicles. These are very complex machines with thousands of parts. Things will go wrong, things will happen, but how we react to those incidents will be the measure by which we are remembered. It will be the drivers of loyalty. And in the context of service, I'd like to welcome back Kevin Smith and Arun Dayalu to talk about how Nissan is leveraging headless technologies in the service of their customers while delivering new revenue models for their company. Kevin, Arun, please. Kevin, welcome back.
Thank you very much.
Arun, welcome to the stage.
Thanks for having me.
And we met Kevin earlier. Please tell us a little about yourself and your role at Nissan.
Yeah, for sure. So I work for Nissan Motor Acceptance Company. This is the US captive finance division at Nissan Americas. I work as a head of technology. Our primary business drivers are to deliver exceptional customer experience while maintaining a profitable and sustainable finance business.
Thank you for that, Arun. Earlier, Piper had mentioned being able to break down silos. So Kevin, you're on the OE side. Arun, you're on the captive side. What, what is it that— what was the problem that you two came together to solve for?
Yeah, so what we were finding out during and after COVID is a lot of our lessees were returning their vehicle only to find out that they had significant mileage overages, and they were surprised to see a large bill waiting for them. On the other hand, with the change from working from home, the lessees were less able to predict what their actual mileage usage was. So we needed to provide more flexibility for our customers and remove friction for our customers as well. So on the captive side, we decided to launch a new program. It was a 5,000-mile lease term program called a Signature Flex, something very small, but then it grew as the customers needed to it. And then that's where we partnered with OEM and Kevin to bring this to life.
Yeah, and I can add to that. So as I mentioned earlier, we strive to bring great experiences to our customer and complement vehicle ownership. But we also want to do that in a way that is— there's no frack. We want to make it easy, right? So we started by implementing our own digital commerce platform on Salesforce. We call that Nissan Store. We created a digital wallet where customers can save payment information for both current and future purchases that could be managed in the My Nissan app. And then we integrated cart and checkout into the NMAC customer portal and mobile app so customers can make that mileage purchase from the NMAC experience. We added credit card payment alongside ACH, and now we put the control of managing your lease back into the customer's hands instead of getting a bill at the end of the lease because they unexpectedly exceeded their mileage, they can now purchase miles anytime they want, when they want. So there's a theme about the right time, right place, right product.
So to parrot on what you had said, you allow the customer to purchase those Signature Flex lease miles in the head unit, in the mobile app, or on Nissan Store, meeting them where they are, right? That's a theme here. So what was the customer reception to having that implemented?
The responses were beyond our expectation. It seemed that adding a credit card as a payment option removed a lot of friction for our customers in that they didn't have to go through the process of linking bank accounts anymore. It actually is treated as a one-time payment that everybody's so used to doing it online now. I would say that over 80% of our transactions right now are processed through credit cards.
Yeah, and adding credit card not only made it frictionless, but once we integrated with the EnMac mobile app and customer portal, we were able to extend to in-vehicle. So now customers can actually purchase miles in the context of their vehicle. And this all happens on the Salesforce platform. So we have D2C commerce, we have payments, we have order management, and we have subscription management for our telematics subscriptions. So everything we've done so far can be— is transportable to all products across OEM and captive.
That is great. That is great.
Come on.
Hey, just between us, you wanna share a little bit about exactly how successful that was or, you know?
Let's just say our revenues exceeded our expectations.
Nice. Nice. Okay. Okay.
Okay.
All right. So you've come together, you've broken down some silos, you've built a new revenue model, your customers are happy. Well, what's next?
Yeah. So, you know, we've created a really strong partnership between the OEM and Captive. You know, I call it the boundaryless organization. We're not looking at each other as individual companies or entities. We're trying to work together to create a great customer experience and create a great brand. So now that we've done that, we've expanded to multi-country, multi-currency. We operate in Canada now for our EV. We have multiple products. We do telematics subscription payments, we do EV charging sessions in addition to the mileage purchase. And where this all drives to is a lot— it just creates an additional point of loyalty, right?
Mm-hmm.
We have another touchpoint with the customer. We reengage with them, we make it frictionless, it's easy. And again, it's a companion to the vehicle, right? Really. Our goal is to create that frictionless environment to work with our captive, to remove those boundaries in the organization. We're not done, but we've got some time, a ways to go, but we're moving forward.
That is great. That is great. So where do we go from here?
Yeah, so next is we want to look at feature on demand. We're going to take what we learned from the in-vehicle experience for lease miles, and we're going to extend that to to feature on demand, and we're gonna allow customers to purchase vehicles right in vehicle, just like we do for lease mileage.
Any examples?
We also wanna leverage the agentic AI, the AI force that Salesforce is bringing to us. We wanna put that into action. We are also doing a lot of, on the Capri side, we are doing a lot of, I'd say, experimentation, proof of concept using agent force within customer service, collections, and dealer engagement space.
That is great. I heard something about, Customizable interiors and some skins, maybe?
Maybe?
Maybe, yes.
I heard that I could make the inside of my Nissan GT-R 36, when it comes out, that'll be fully gasoline, right, Kevin? Right?
We're working on it.
I can make it look like my favorite place in the world, the Dreamforce stage. Is that right?
You just might be able to do that.
Yes.
Can we see it?
Sure.
That is pretty cool. That is pretty cool. That is pretty cool. Thank you, everyone. Give Kevin and Arun a good hand, a nice hand, a round of applause. And before I turn it back over to Piper Sullivan, come on up to close us out. I did make a promise to mention the Automotive Roundtable is happening at 1:30 in the aviary. Please join us. It's going to be an exciting session with our own, very own Brett Beringer and Matthew Simpkins. Raise your hands. They're right there.
Follow them.
He's got the sign.
He's going to go.
Thank you very much. Piper, please take us away.
Thank you. Thank you. Well, thank you all so much for being here today. Thank you to our demo drivers. Thank you to our customer, Kevin and Arun from Nissan. To learn more about driving loyalty with Agentic AI, visit us at Salesforce+. And there's still demos happening at the demo booth in the campground, so check those out today as well. Please enjoy the rest of Dreamforce and have safe travels home. Thank you.
Thank you.
