The bottom line is people want to work for a company that cares, period. I'm the CEO of the Salesforce foundation and Salesforce's chief Philanthropy officer. My team is responsible for Salesforce's philanthropic giving, our employee engagement, and we also focus on disaster relief. One of my most favorite things to do is to mentor. I'm an unofficial cmo, which is the chief mentoring officer for Salesforce, and I love it because it allows me to pay forward what I've been so generously given. And it's really nice to be a part of someone else's journey, especially from non traditional backgrounds. I can relate. My mom was my biggest role model. She was a single mom. Her goal was to raise a successful adult. And so I think for her, seeing my career, seeing my personal life turn out well is probably the biggest gift that I could give her. And really, it's the gift that, you know, I pay back to my mom because she gave me everything. My name is Ebony Beckwith, and I'm ready to make change.
