Short demo-style presentation (video) showing how Salesforce Einstein Prediction Builder lets admins create predictive custom fields with a few clicks. The speakers walk through selecting an object (e.g., Contact), choosing a field to predict (historical churn label), selecting input fields, and embedding the resulting prediction (e.g., churn score) on Salesforce pages; concluding with a call-to-action to explore Trailhead.
In this video, we'll explore how you can use Salesforce Einstein to predict outcomes for every function or industry. With Einstein Prediction Builder, any Salesforce admin can create a predictive field with just a few clicks. For example, you'll have insight into how likely a customer is to renew or what invoice will not be paid in time.
This is how it works. Start by selecting your object custom standard. For example, choose the contact object. If you want to predict the risk of churn for each contact, then you'll need to pick which field to predict. It should contain the historical data as to who churned in the past and who did not. Next, choose what information Einstein uses, leave all the fields selected, or deselect some of them. Then Einstein Prediction Builder will create a new type of custom field for you which stores source the predictions and finally embed your prediction in any Salesforce page like here as a churn score on the contact record.
You see, it's easy to build custom predictions on any object within Salesforce. See what else Einstein can do for you, discover hidden insights, predict future outcomes, recommend the best action, and automate processes with Salesforce Einstein. Explore einstein prediction builder at trailhead.
