I think mental health or the focus on mental health has never been as important as it is right now. It's really important to just care. And I think if you do care, what comes out is the opportunity to develop relationships with your employees and have conversations where you can develop an understanding of what they're going through. And oftentimes, it's really about kind of stepping back and saying, how are you? And I think that simple question means so much more to an employee than it might seem to a leader. When you ask somebody how you are and you sort of stop to listen to the answer, people think twice. My name is Haley Romer, and I'm ready to make change.
